Hey, ich verfolge das ganze Thema rund um Aktien und ETFs schon eine Weile. Ich habe seit letztem Monat meine Ausbildung fertig und habe nun rund 900€ frei zum investieren im Monat. Bei TR habe ich seitdem es das Cashback gibt 50€ am laufen auf den $CSPX (+0,97 %) . Nun habe ich mich aber dazu entschlossen lieber den $IWDA (+1,17 %) als Hauptinvestment zu nehmen. Würdet ihr die komplette Summe in diesen ETF investieren oder lieber 70% in diesen und die restlichen 30% in Einzeltitel? Ich weis, das hängt von einem selber ab, aber ich wollte trotzdem mal euch als Community fragen. Vielen Dank schonmal ☺️

Was bring euch dazu Aktien aufzunehmen, sind es die Dividende ? Das gefallen an einer Aktie/Unternehmen oder die Hoffnung zu outperformen ?

ich plane, die 70/30-Methode für den Anfang bei meiner Geldanlage anzuwenden, und würde gerne eure Meinung dazu hören. Meine Idee ist, 70 % meines Portfolios in Aktien und 30 % in Anleihen und Immobilien zu investieren. Dabei habe ich mir bereits überlegt, 35 % in den $CSPX (+0,97 %) und 35 % in den $VWCE (+1,33 %) zu investieren, um eine breite Diversifikation sicherzustellen.
Allerdings frage ich mich, ob es Sinn macht, zusätzlich einen ETF für Schwellenländer oder vielleicht auch Europa und Schwellenländer mit aufzunehmen, um mehr Small Caps und Emerging Markets abzudecken. Was haltet ihr davon? Gibt es hier gute ETF-Empfehlungen, die ihr mir ans Herz legen würdet?
Zu den 30 % Anleihen/Immobilien suche ich auch noch zwei passende ETFs – idealerweise einer für Anleihen und einer für Immobilien-REITs. Welche ETFs würdet ihr hier empfehlen, um eine stabile und risikoärmere Basis im Portfolio zu schaffen?

Der $CSNDX (+1,71 %) ist um 2,1% gefallen, während der $CSPX (+0,97 %) um 1,5% und der Dow Jones um 0,9% gesunken sind. Die Rendite der 10-jährigen US-Staatsanleihen fiel um 6 Basispunkte auf 3,67%, während die 2-jährige Rendite um 11 Basispunkte auf 3,64% sank. Der Arbeitsmarktbericht für August zeigte 142.000 neue Stellen gegenüber den erwarteten 160.000 und einer revidierten Zahl von 89.000 im Juli. Die Arbeitslosenquote blieb bei 4,2%.
Vor ein paar Tagen hatte ich das Gleiche für Plan B🟠 gepostet, aber auch für Plan A ist es interessant:
