What do you think?

According to a report by Santander ($SAN (-3,64%) ), the FED possibly until after the presidential election in November wait to interest rate cuts to make rate cuts. I like Santander, besides solid core business in Spain also active in UK and Latin America. Moreover, kgv lower than the peer group average, decent dividend.
