⚡ 💡 Jack’s Take
A rock-solid beat and guidance raise across the board! While many bears had feared a decline in travel demand due to geopolitical tensions and consumer concerns, Booking Holdings—with +8% revenue growth and EPS of $2.54 ($2.44 expected)—shows that the global appetite for travel remains as strong as ever. The increase in the savings target to $650 million provides additional momentum for profitability through 2027!

For all those who wondered why we started Monday in such deep red: Citrini Research published a report on February 22, 2026 describing a possible scenario in which AI could trigger a global economic crisis. Many of the companies mentioned in the report fell significantly at the start of the week.

Yesterday evening we published $BKNG (-0,11%) the figures for Q4 2025 and the full fiscal year 2025. Some highlights:
Guidance for FY2026:
In addition, the dividend from $9.60 per quarter to 10.50$ per quarter, which corresponds to an increase of +9.4%.
In addition, on April 2, 2026 there will be a 25 for 1 stock split will take place. Each shareholder will then receive 25 new shares for one Booking share. The current price of a Booking share will thus decrease from the current ~4700$ to ~190$ (~3600€.to 140€).
I am satisfied with the results and am glad that the figures were even comparatively "boring". Booking delivers continuously and unspectacularly. I recently increased my position in Booking considerably.
Stay tuned.
