Thank you, world 🌍🙏🏽
Wow, what a year... I'm speechless. 🤐
First and foremost, I’d like to thank to you—the folks at Getquin. Also, the comments, casual conversations and even the occasional constructive criticism, above
especially your posts have helpedform in my opinion , hybrid portfolio .
Lvl 180 – Milestone 🪨
In the beginning, it consisted mainly of dividend aristocrats and Kingswhose prime may already past . Through the encouragement from so many of you, I’ve listenedand reflected and decidedto focus more on the winners . Stocks that are in demand in demand, not the ones that used to were.
I like companies that are deeply entrenched in the system, including $MSFT (+0,67 %)
$MCD (+0,09 %)
$META (-1,29 %)
$UNH (+0,52 %)
$CME (-4,15 %) etc.
But I also love totally ordinary, simple businessesthat appeal to consumers extremely well. For me, these include $TJX (-1,17 %)
$AD (+0,26 %)
$MDLZ (+0,05 %)
$PEP (-0,96 %) and $MRK (+1,23 %) and again $MCD (+0,09 %) :)
For me, this year was the “Year of Rebalancing.”
My strategy is simple: I invest in sound companies whose stocks have taken a hit… mostly
In addition to the financial figures, which, of course, should be in order, I look at the dividend yield. If it’s historically particularly high and is the business still sound, it will be . I want to buy in at a low price and secure a high YoC . That company’s of the company should then take care of the rest.
Stocks with dividend growth can certainly deliver good price gains. Investors who dividend consistently significantly must also increase its profits and its cash flow increase increase.
Otherwise, at some point, more will be distributed than is earned.
If the company grows organically and also regularly buys back its own shares, these are good conditions for rising stock prices in the long term.
Be that as it may. I sold shares that I’d held for several years. Some were in the black, others, of course, in the red. I reinvested part of the proceeds into new companies.
I always say “scale up”...—no idea if that makes sense 😆
Goals?
I don’t know. I had goals. Now I just want to be better every day than I was yesterday.
Even if things don’t go so well one day, I’ll still stick with it. Even if it’s only 10%... 10% is better than 0%. The compound interest is a part of in life.
I also believethat there is happiness exists. But who works at it works at it every day increases the chanceof finding that one lucky day . Because it’s on that very day active on that very day.
You shape your own destiny!
And what I also find important :
Always be grateful, no matter what.
We’re lucky to be able to build a financial foundation. We must never take that for granted.
With that in mind! Stick with it, no matter what... Fighter’s instinct 🗻

Visited Ahold Delhaize and bought more shares 🏪🛒
During my journey on my way to the afterlife I stumbled upon came across a store by $AD (+0,26 %) . (See pictures; I took these photos myself and edited them with AI)
Maxi is the name of this “series” from Ahold Delhaize.🦁
I’m always happy when I get to experience publicly traded companies in real life—when I visit their stores myself, such as $TJX or those from companieswhose products and beverages I personally eat and drink, aka $MDLZ (+0,05 %), $MCD (+0,09 %), $PEP (-0,96 %), $ELO (+6,26 %) ... etc.
These days, I actually mostly buy from companies where I’m a customer of the business model .
There’s some merit to that …
but not always, of course :)
This is also a kind of analysis, rather than just rigidly focusing on numbers and forecasts . But of course, it goes hand in hand with the Lynch glasses. 👓
But who am I to give anyone advice... you’re probably better off not taking it—you might even be better off that way 😂
Back to Ahold: You could tell in this store in Serbia, you could tell that people weren’t just shopping—they were also meet and stopto talk to an acquaintance… Especially among older people .
They probably all knew each other from their youth and meet up regularly while shopping.
I assume.
It also just looks like one of those Rewe stores (which I think is a good thing). Self-checkout lanes, which I also think are really cool—we have them in Austria and, I think, also in Germany? Yeah, definitely. Let me know.
Right now, my Ahold position is just under €6,000, which amounts to about 3.35% of my portfolio. I will probably make any further purchases, as the position is quickly too large if the stock rises again.
Have any of you ever been to an Ahold store? 🤔
If so, be sure to let me know.
Do you have Ahold in your portfolio? Even if you don’t, do you find the company interesting? 💬

Out with Verizon, in with McDonald's & Co.🫡
Just yesterday I was a customer… today I’m an $MCD (+0,09 %) an investor. Life goes round and round like a merry-go-round… 🙃
Joking aside, since I think that SpaceX
slow-moving companies like $VZ (+1,97 %) will slow down even more in the future than they’re already slowing themselves down, I’ve by half and reallocated it to good dividend compounders such as $MCD (+0,09 %)
$PAYX (-5,01 %)
$MDLZ (+0,05 %)
$ACN (-3,51 %) .
In my be , things will be more exciting here in the future than with $VZ, and Verizon’s 6.6% dividend yield will be surpassed in 10 years anyway by the dividend growth of the new holdings.
Chocolate and Cookies Instead of Stocks
I saw it and bought it for the first time today. Here, $MDLZ (+0,05 %) and $LOTB (+0,91 %) . I know—Mondelez in particular is taking a real beating right now, but this chocolate-covered cookie bar is actually really good.
I keep the bar way in the back of the cupboard so the kids can’t find it. 😉
The 18 U.S. Stocks that I intend to purchase in the near future with some charts...

A portfolio more oriented to resilience the long-term growth of the dividend and to have a part of my total portfolio (consisting to date of +90% from ETFs) also a more "defensive" part and with companies that tend to increase their dividend or give an already high dividend, even if the majority is less than 4%
Staggered payments ensure a steady cash flow...
Estimated gross monthly income...
Edit: Here are the monthly distributions minus the -15% at source in the US and then the -26% Italian.
However, in the count there are Main and Ares which are not dividend aristocrats, you could get the same dividend by dividing the sum into 78% ETF, 11% Main and 11% Ares, this way you would have only 3 items to track instead of 20 (I asked chatgpt how much you need to have in Main and Ares to reach 2.39% net by taking the 2025 distribution as dividend yield).
Regarding the message earlier where you said the dividends had decreased, that is all because of the exchange rate effect, which you would also have by buying the 20 individual stocks, in fact an ETF having only dividend aristocrat the dividend has to necessarily increase from year to year, otherwise they would not be what they are.
The point of the whole argument is that you took stocks with the only discriminant being the dividend, try backtesting or asking the AI to compare this basket of stocks of yours with the benchmark index, if you notice an outperformance over time of what you selected then fine, if not, it was all wasted effort that you could have avoided with an ETF that has an annual yield of almost 12 percent
Here is the list of 20 "U.S. Stocks I plan to add to my portfolio!
With a total expenditure of €20,000 I intend to commit about €1,000 per single Stock; here is the list I made, tell me if you like it:
These 20 individual U.S. Stocks 🇺🇸 I intend to hold them for a long time as an investment geared toward value stocks and creating a steady and growing passive income, including several Dividend Aristocrats and Dividend Kings that flank higher dividend-paying Business Development Companies (BDCs) so as to make up in part for the relative low distributions of many of the more defensive stocks in the 20 selected Stocks.

If you are betting that the historical growth of established companies like CocaCola will continue, you can certainly follow this approach.
Personally, I would have too many individual stocks to monitor. I think that the share price performance will also lag a good deal behind an investment in tech stocks - but of course that's the famous looking into the crystal ball.
For my own strategy of a distribution portfolio, actual dividends would be too low for me. However, if you are looking for dividend growth and substance, you can certainly add these stocks to your portfolio. Alternatively, there are certainly ETFs that follow the underlying approach (US large caps ex tech).
In any case, I wish you every success 🙂
After "Cheat pack of the year": Milka chocolate receives another negative award
My dears, I will continue not to invest here.
Milka received the "Cheat pack of the year 2025" award from the consumer advice center. Now the chocolate brand has received another negative award.
Every child in Germany knows Milka chocolate and its purple cow. In the past year, however, the chocolate brand from the US company Mondelēz has come in for a lot of criticism - for example for distorting competition with a record fine from the EU-competition authorities or shrinkflation, for which it has been die Mogelpackung des Jahres 2025 erhielt. Now another negative award has been added to the list.
"Be Slavery Free" is an alliance of Australian civil society organizations that campaign against modern slavery, forced labor, child labor and human trafficking. On its website, the alliance has published a "Chocolate Scorecard" that rates chocolate manufacturers according to criteria such as the income of cocoa farmers, child labor, deforestation and the use of pesticides. Mondelēz, Milka's parent company, was awarded the "Bad Egg" negative prize.
Nach „Mogelpackung des Jahres“: Milka Schokolade bekommt einen weiteren Negativpreis
Turbo Warrant
También he mirado $DIS (+0,21 %)
$CL (-0,95 %)
$MDLZ (+0,05 %) entre otras, pero creo que son menos atracticas dados los niveles actuales.
¿Qué opináis acerca de comprar $PG (-0,08 %) en estos momentos? ¿Me recomendáis algún otro producto?
