47Zeta Global ($ZETA (-2,71%)
) is taking the field by storm!
When the market first panics and then realizes it simply misread the numbers…
Last night after the earnings call, the classic drama unfolded: Robinhood and automated financial scrapers confused the GAAP EPS ($0.03) with the adjusted non-GAAP expectations. The result: a shock sell-off of nearly -6% to -7% in after-hours trading due to a fabricated “earnings miss.”
The hard facts:
Behind the scenes, there are already growing calls for major investors to take a closer look and gather evidence regarding these misleading data reports to determine the extent to which market manipulation was at play.
Personally, as of today, I have a very official, personal bone to pick with Robinhood xd.
To those who capitalized on the dip in European trading this morning and last night: Congratulations on your returns.

Here's the hot stuff from Zeta Global Holdings
$ZETA (-2,71%) (NYSE: ZETA) Q2 2026 Earnings Release, delivered fresh on August 4, 2026, after the U.S. market closed:
🚀 Top-Line Performance & Strong AI Boost
The AI marketing cloud company blows its own forecasts out of the water, delivering its 20th consecutive “beat & raise” quarter and celebrates extremely high demand for its AthenaAI infrastructure:
Total revenue: Soared by +44% YoY to $443 million and massively exceeded its own guidance midpoint ($420.5 million) by +$23 million.
Super-Scaled Customers: The number of large customers rose by +17% YoY to 197. At the same time, average revenue per user (ARPU) among these giants grew by +17% YoY to $1.8 million —which shows that Zeta is drawing its biggest fish ever deeper into the ecosystem.
Strategic AI Tailwind: New partnerships with OpenAI, Snowflake, and Palantir are rapidly fueling the adoption of Zeta’s own Data Cloud and intelligence layer.
🔮 Profitability Leap & The “Rule of 64”
In addition to robust growth, Zeta Global is now finally taking profitability to the next level:
Positive GAAP Net Income: For the first time in a second quarter, Zeta has turned a profit, reporting an unadjusted net income of $8 million or $0.03 in GAAP EPS .
Adjusted EBITDA: Climbed to a whopping $92 million (forecast was ~$86.5 million). The adjusted EBITDA margin expanded by 170 basis points to 20.7%.
Rule of 64: With revenue growth of 44% and an adjusted EBITDA margin of just over 20%, the company has surpassed the “Rule of 64” (far exceeding the legendary “Rule of 40” for absolute high performers in the SaaS industry).
Free Cash Flow: Grew strongly, rising by +73% YoY to $58 million.
🤖 Major guidance upgrade for Q3 and full-year 2026
CEO David A. Steinberg is raising the bar on the annual forecast due to booming AI adoption and a full pipeline:
Q3 2026 Outlook: Revenue is expected to reach $469 million to $472 million (+39% to 40% YoY).
FY 2026 Revenue Forecast: Significantly to 1.811 to 1.824 billion USD (implying a massive annual growth rate of +39%).
⚡ 💡 Jack’s takeaway
An absolutely monster quarter in a class of its own! Anyone who feared a slowdown in growth following the flood of political advertising and the Marigold acquisition was proven wrong by Zeta. With a whopping +44% top-line growth, a solid $8 million in unadjusted GAAP net income, and the achievement of the “Rule of 64” (organically, even the “Rule of 49”), management has reaffirmed that AthenaAI is flying off the shelves. The 20th consecutive “beat & raise” quarter provides massive fuel for the bulls!

I hope you all had a nice summer and/or enjoyed the World Cup.
Today I’d like to introduce a little-known title that I find extremely interesting and recently purchased.
Zeta Global Holdings Corp $ZETA (-2,71%)
The company had its IPO on June 10, 2021 on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). At that time, the shares were offered at a price of $10.00 , giving Zeta an initial valuation of approximately $1.7 billion.
Zeta used to sell software that enabled companies to send more effective promotional emails. Today, Zeta provides the AI “brain” that tells autonomous systems at global corporations how to understand their customers and maximize revenue, primarily tailored to the advertising and marketing sectors. However, over time, each customer receives a certain degree of customization that leads to a unique system. According to the CEO, this process takes an estimated 1 to 3 years. Combined with Palantir and Athena, this results in an incredible system.
Key performance metrics (Q1 2026): Profitable scaling
Major Clients & the Palantir Endorsement
Zeta operates at the very highest level. Its clients include global giants such as Sony, Toyota, Vodafone, H&M, and T-Mobile. CEO David Steinberg has also announced the final pivot: Zeta is evolving from a pure marketing platform into a true AI infrastructure company. The absolute technological highlight:
the deep strategic partnership with Palantir Technologies ($PLTR (-2,49%) ) to completely rearchitect Zeta’s massive data cloud on Palantir’s Foundry platform.
The CEO’s “120%+ announcement”
Net Revenue Retention (NRR) at its finest. When the CEO touts organic growth momentum and an NRR of over 120%, it shows just how incredibly sticky the product is. Existing customers are spending significantly more year after year because they see the measurable ROI. This is exactly the model the market will soon be chasing.
The Secret Weapon: What Makes Athena by Zeta™ So Revolutionary?
Forget ordinary chatbots. Athena is not just a simple LLM wrapper that summarizes text. It’s a true "operating system for agent-based (agentic) AI".
(I just had to with the name Athena... sorry xd, I already held back with the name Zeta in *Shadow Garden*).
The Palantir Symbiosis: Automatically Interconnected
The genius of the new partnership lies in its technical reciprocity—a true “two-way catalyst”:
Zeta uses Palantir: Zeta’s entire Data Cloud now runs on Palantir Foundry. This gives Athena automatic access to Palantir’s legendary ontology and security architecture. As a result, Athena can analyze much deeper operational enterprise data in real time.
Palantir uses Zeta (and vice versa): Palantir is rolling out Zeta and Athena’s intelligence directly to its own authorized Foundry enterprise customers. Enterprise customers who already use Palantir for their supply chains or finance get Athena as an automated marketing and customer intelligence platform on top of that. A win-win situation that, according to the CEO, is expected to generate over $100 million in additional revenue for Zeta in the coming years.
The Big Picture: Real AI Gains vs. Extreme Debt
In my opinion, we are at a turning point in the markets. The era in which companies could justify astronomical valuations simply by mentioning “AI” in their names and making debt-financed promises is coming to an end. Added to this is the fact that
companies with extreme debt and vague business models will come under massive pressure in a potentially changing interest rate environment.
The future belongs to companies that are already generating real AI profits today.
Zeta has the data foundation, the software, and now the most important infrastructure partnership in the tech sector. It’s low on debt, has strong cash flow, and excels operationally.
Pure chart analysis (all from my perspective—do your own due diligence!)
Zeta Global Holdings has remained stable over the past month after consolidating from a high of around $25. Analysts forecast further growth, driven by a new AI partnership with Palantir and strong quarterly results, with the consensus estimate for the next quarter suggesting continued revenue momentum and improved margins.
Bullish
Bearish
Conclusion: Top-tier SaaS growth, global enterprise customers, the ultimate integration with Palantir, and a rock-solid balance sheet. For me, this is currently one of the most exciting, fundamentally sound growth stories in my portfolio!
$IREN (-9,27%)
$ZETA (-2,71%) Today a few more insights into "Trading with Claude and the IBKR Connector". As always, only for those interested in trading!
Last night I exited both stocks - see feed on Iren and Zeta
My prompt: Request for update on both Iren and Zeta 25 minutes before market open
The following text was added to the charts
Short and clear - 25 minutes before the open:
IREN $64.98 - bias bullish, plan in place
Bid already at $65.24, effectively above the prior close of $65.33 when the market opens. The PM chart shows a clean spike to $66.28, then a controlled pullback to $65.08 and now stabilization at $65.13-65.26 - a classic flag before the open. PM volume at 1.44M is healthy. Scenario A is active: wait for first candle, on bullish close above $65.33 → long $65.00-65.30, SL $64.00, TP1 $66.28, TP2 $68.11.
ZETA $23.89 - caution, Fib level undercut
The picture has deteriorated since this morning. The price has fallen further from $24.07 to $23.89 - it is thus already below the Fibonacci 61.8% retracement that was still considered a potential buy zone this morning. The decisive zone is now $23.50. If it holds at the open with a bullish candle → cautious re-entry possible. If it breaks → next natural stop at $22.89 (pre-gap close from yesterday). No anticipation today - ZETA will only show you what it intends to do after the first RTH candle.
Update 10min before market open:
Two very recent pictures - 10 minutes before the open:
IREN $64.85 - PM trend weakened
The 5 min chart shows a continuous downward movement without pause since 12:05 UTC - 8 consecutive lower closes from $65.70 to $64.98. Bid is now at $65.00 as a round psychological mark. The gap down to the prior close of $65.33 has widened to $0.48. The entry zone has shifted downwards - no longer $65.30, but $64.80-65.10. Plan remains the same, but the expectation for the first candle has become more moderate.
ZETA $24.56 - surprisingly strong PM recovery
This is the interesting update: ZETA has rallied from the low $23.89 to $24.56 - a PM swing of +$0.67 on rising volume (496K). The price is now right in front of the old ATH $24.90. This is exactly the scenario that was defined as a buy signal trigger this morning. The critical moment comes in 15 minutes: if ZETA breaks above $24.90 at the open with volume → the buy signal is active. If it pulls back to the open at $24.30-24.50 and holds there → ideal pullback entry with SL $23.80.
Summary: IREN is the calmer candidate today, ZETA the more active setup. Wait for both first candles.
And what does it look like after the first 5min candle 😁
Both setups exactly as analyzed - textbook scenario.
IREN: Candle 1 was a perfect hammer - opening shake to $64.26 (-$0.40 below open), immediately reversed to $66.82. That's +$2.56 in a single 5min candle with ~1M volume. Yesterday ATH $66.45 broken. Candle 2 holds $66.63 - momentum intact. Trailing stop now at $65.33, target $68.11.
ZETA: Identical pattern - shake to $25.12, then spike to $25.95. ATH $24.90 clearly broken. Candle 2 consolidates at $25.48 - normal, healthy pullback after the spike. Holds $25.22 → structure bullish. Trailing stop $25.00, target $26.50.
Do not close candle 2 yet - only when it is closed will you see whether the pullback to $25.48 (ZETA) or $66.63 (IREN) serves as a new base or whether further pressure will come.
So, I'll leave it at that for today - I hope the last few minutes before and the first few minutes after the market opens will show you what AI support can look like.
mMn of course you need basic trading knowledge, you can't do without it, but AI supports you a lot and makes it more efficient!
So LONG - see you soon 👆

$IREN (-9,27%) If there is already an official connector (API) from IBKR for Claude, then of course it must be tested immediately.
I had the entire trading portfolio analyzed, and can also filter for individual stocks. Here, for example, is the preliminary YTD result when I filter on $IREN (-9,27%) filter, which may be interesting, as I have often posted my AI tests here. $IREN (-9,27%) posted my AI tests here.
The dashboard is the result of a few minutes of "playing and prompting", you can certainly let off steam even more.
Just as I can create an analysis of my trades using "prompts", I can also place orders with prompts, although these still have to be finally confirmed manually in the IBKR app, but this is certainly still a good "safety net" in the first phase 😎
I have also requested a trading recommendation for today for $IREN (-9,27%) queried. Here is the result:
Now that I have direct access to all market data via the broker and the API, I can test Claude in parallel with TradingView Remix. I'll keep you up to date🤝
PS: For those who also want to test the connector, these are the current tool permissions of the IBKR Connector:
[According to IBKR, connectors to ChatGPT and Grok are coming soon]
Update on the trading recommendations from today:
After the rather turbulent opening hour at $IREN (-9,27%) I decided to go long, not at the low, but with an average of 63.86$ I am in with 125 shares. I followed a further recommendation to $ZETA (-2,71%) I followed on .
Interim status: I have already hedged both via break even.
$IREN (-9,27%) 120 shares at 64.30$ with SL and
$ZETA (-2,71%) 325 shares with trailing SL at 24.64$ with a gap of 0.50$. Now both trades can continue without any worries.
Update 01.06. / 21:20: To document it cleanly to the end, in the course of the evening the two trades were closed by SL at $IREN (-9,27%) at 65.29$ and trailing SL at $ZETA (-2,71%) closed at 25.424$.

$IBKR (-3,82%) The Interactive Brokers Connector recently landed in Claudeʼs official Connector directory as part of a deliberately small, financially focused week.
It remains exciting, the AI integrations are gradually migrating from community / open source MCP servers to official connectors. This means that access is becoming easier and easier, even if you are not an AI freak!
TradingView has recently launched its own AI plug-in, Remix, and now also the official connector from IBKR for Claude🙄😵
I'm not a NeoBroker user, but I'm curious to see which NeoBroker will be the first with AI integration. It will probably only be a matter of time now🤐
⚠️ Important restriction
Since the connector touches real capital, a "human in the loop" is strongly recommended. The most sensible use is: Claude takes over research, analysis and pre-trade considerations. You make the final decision.
📋 Functions at a glance
The connector offers multi-account support, short-selling analysis (available shares, borrow rates, margin requirements), real-time market data (live quotes, historical data, option chains), portfolio management (positions, P&L, account balance) and trading operations such as placing, modifying and canceling orders.
The connector is still of limited use for my day trading, as the latency times are still too high (Claude statement). But it is ideal for all steps before that, as IBKR also offers all technical and fundamental data. Newsfeed, earnings documents, analyst opinions, sentiments, etc... all this data is available at Interactive Brokers.
This is what Claude says:
💡 My recommendation for your day trading
I would use the Connector for your trades:
I would not yet trust direct order execution via Claude for day trades with narrow time windows. Too much latency with Beta 4.2!

$ZETA (-2,71%) Let's see if it's worth buying more.
In any case, I am positive and expect higher prices🚀
New month, and a few new trades.
First, I should note that most of my activity happened in the first half of the month. After that, I tweaked my approach and now have a significantly stricter framework in place when it comes to replacing one holding with another.
As I’m 100% invested right now, the focus is clear: avoid overtrading and don’t switch one high-quality long-term compounder for another just because of a recent dip.
The month itself was largely driven by the Iran war and the effective closure of the Strait of Hormuz. But in my own portfolio, I didn’t try to predict the next tweet from Donald Trump. Instead, I focused on picking up high-quality companies at a discount.
On March 2, I mainly added to the e-commerce side of my portfolio, increasing positions in MercadoLibre and Sea Limited after both stocks sold off quite significantly.
Sea reported a strong quarter on the top line and continues to take market share, but profitability remains a concern. For me, however, market penetration is the key objective at this stage. Margins are a nice-to-have for now. MercadoLibre dropped below $1,700, largely driven by geopolitical noise rather than anything business-related.
After that, things stayed relatively quiet until mid-month, when I made a few bigger moves. I sold my Netflix position, along with some fintech exposure, and redeployed that capital into broader asset managers that were caught up in the private credit selloff without being directly exposed: Brookfield and BlackRock.
I’ve already gone into detail on both buys and the Netflix sale in previous posts.
Around the same time, I also rotated my Visa position into Adyen. There are a few reasons behind that move which I’ll break down separately, but at its core it was a choice between “a bit more safety” and “safety plus stronger growth with European exposure.”
Into the second half of the month, the strategy became even clearer: double down on the most compelling opportunities. Risk/reward setups I’d almost call no-brainers.
I honestly didn’t expect to get another chance to buy Meta below $550 or Microsoft below $370. But when the opportunity presented itself, I took it. Both were already my largest positions going into the month, and they’ve only grown further.
The final addition, which I had been waiting on for a while and stayed disciplined for, was Airbus. I explained my reasoning a few weeks ago, but to sum it up, this was a classic case of short-term geopolitical noise overshadowing long-term quality. Airbus is a high-quality business with a backlog stretching years into the future and only one real competitor, which has its own well-documented issues.
Overall, I’m very happy with how the portfolio is positioned. The Iran war didn’t help performance, but I expect those pressures to ease sooner rather than later.
