Dear Community,
App version 2.231.0 went live this morning, with a new, stable connection to Trade Republic.
The last few weeks have been frustrating for many of you, especially on Android: you could only update your portfolio manually or via CSV, not automatically as usual. The responsibility for this lies with us. I would like to personally apologize for this.
We have completely rebuilt the connection, added additional monitoring and are working more closely with Trade Republic to identify potential import problems before they affect you.
Please update to 2.231.0. If you still have any problems, please write to help@getquin.comwe will look into every case.
