$SAN (+0,23 %) Opinion on Banco Santander?
I intend to invest heavily in the medium term.
-Strong figures
- Good management
- Expansion in South America (language-related)
What do you think?
According to a report by Santander ($SAN (+0,23 %) ), the FED possibly until after the presidential election in November wait to interest rate cuts to make rate cuts. Santander analysts argue that although the Fed is "independent", the monetary policy nevertheless by elected officials and is therefore to some extent subject to the electoral calendar is subject to the electoral calendar.
It is predicted that the economy and inflation will remain stronger than expected, which means a delay in monetary easing is supported. It is also pointed out that the Fed meeting meeting in November has been postponed by one day, creating additional distance to the election.
$SAN (+0,23 %) It was worth it from my point of view. Now it remains to be seen how high the share price will go. Comparisons to the last buybacks are very good. What do you say? I went in with 125 shares at 3.55€ each.
Can European banks like Santander benefit from rising interest rates, or has this already largely happened?
I like Santander, besides solid core business in Spain also active in UK and Latin America. Moreover, kgv lower than the peer group average, decent dividend.
