My rating explained in more detail:
Dividend (net - i.e. without allowances and without reclaiming foreign taxes should be over 3% - allowances etc. are then a nice bonus)
Share price potential (anything above 10% is a plus, up to 10% neutral, negative - deduction)
Growth over years 1, 3, 5 & 10 (anything over 10% is a plus, up to 10% neutral, negative - deduction)
Payout ratio in relation to earnings (for stocks that are not REITs - (everything below 50% gives a plus point, up to 100% neutral, over 100% of earnings - deduction)
In the end, a ranking is created, I have now looked at a good 500 stocks and it is growing and growing :)
My medium-term goal is to build up a portfolio with some of these stocks. I would like to combine a high dividend with stable growth. Furthermore, I would of course like to find undervalued stocks, which can also lead to price gains.

Hello everyone, I have recently started to reorganize my portfolio. I started with DKB in 2019 and moved to TR in 2022. I now have a buy-and-hold-forever portfolio, a dividend portfolio and a turnaround/opportunities portfolio.
I've been working a lot on the dividend portfolio recently and have started classifying shares according to my own criteria.
Criteria:
Of course... the dividend
Country of origin (huge differences in tax technology)
Price potential (not always correct, but the tendency is to recognize rough over/underbought prices)
Dividend growth over 1, 3, 5 & 10 years
payout ratio
One of these pearls is $ANDR (+1.66%)
The plant manufacturer from Austria convinces with the following criteria
Dividend 4.262%
Country of origin Austria, net 3.089%
Pozential ~16%
Growth of over 10% in each case
Payout ratio just over 50%

I buy in. Again 2 stocks that have reached my buy limits. However, relatively small purchases for our community portfolio. But the hard way feeds the squirrel.

I am currently trying to optimize my portfolio and possibly also to compromise.
Perhaps you have any suggestions or ideas as to what can be improved
I'm currently saving around €1000 a month in my ETFs and another €600 in equities ( $RWE (-0.39%) I have newly taken up and $KCO (+1.1%) no longer saved)
I currently have the following in my savings plan
I think Andritz is well positioned for the future, especially for the electrification of all possible processes and also in the H2 area, plus a solid dividend of currently €2.5 per share.
As an operator and builder of drilling rigs, they will still have a good market in the future
One of my favorite stocks. A secure market environment with an established brand. They have also been regularly increasing their dividend for around 70 years
The share has suffered massively recently and has a lot of catch-up potential. In addition, there are investments in renewable energies (mainly in the USA) and a secure business model.
A rather unknown brand that includes FILA. Here too, I think that the South-East Asian market in particular will become more interesting in the future
My last energy company in the savings plan. Of the oil companies, Shell has promising strategies for the future and a very positive development
High dividend, moderate share price performance
$ANDR (+1.66%) Stocked up. After excellent figures and a dividend increase to €2.50 per share, the share price fell by up to 6.5%. Presumably because this year's growth is forecast to be lower. In principle, however, the Group is pursuing ambitious targets until 2026: Increase sales to over €10bn, EBITA margin over 9%, net profit over 6% of sales, continue successful M&A strategy.
