Hi!
I'm looking for some advices to perform my 100K portfolio. (from 11/2024)
I'm 52 and have a 10-15 yrs horizon of investment.
I would probably put 2.5K€ each month for 10yrs.
Just don't know if I'm doing good...
Today's purchase : $XZEU (+0,41%) and $QDV5 (-0,64%) for 7.5k€ each, to be more exposed to Europe and also EM in India and an other lumpsum of 12K€ in $ISAC (-0,08%) .
And Crypto $XRP (-4,95%) for 3k€, just for the fun...
Let me Know, Thanks
Good evening,
I have just come across the ETF $IEFM (+0,82%) (actually $CEMR, but unfortunately it is not shown here) (Edge Europe Momentum EUR (Acc)) and it seems very interesting to me as it covers the European market. Over the long term, the ETF has had nice growth and the individual companies such as $SAP (-0,54%) , $ASML (+0,85%) , $NOV (+0,74%) but also $RACE (-0,05%) I like very much. In $SAP (-0,54%) I am also already invested. However, I am currently also investing in other ETFs such as the $VWCE (-0,01%) the $IGLN (+0,51%) , the $DFEN (-0,22%) , the $VHYL (+0,06%) (actually $VGWD but it is not shown here either) and the $QDV5 (-0,64%) . Would it be worthwhile to include the $IEFM (+0,82%) in my savings plan and thus increase the European share in my portfolio? What do you think of the ETF?
Hello,
The shares in my portfolio consist of approx. 60% USD and approx. 17% EUR.
I have recently added the $QDV5 (-0,64%) into my savings plan, which also runs via USD. Since the getquin analysis tells me that it would make sense to put less weight on the USD, I am considering selling the currently still small position in the $QDV5 (-0,64%) and create a savings plan for the $LYMD. In principle it is the same ETF, only the $LYMD is saved in EUR instead of USD. This would make me less dependent on the USD over time and my EUR percentage would increase. If I were to sell the small position in the $QDV5 (-0,64%) I would realize a small loss, however, as order fees would be incurred and the ETF would also be slightly in the red for me. What do you think? Should I sell and move towards the EUR or just leave my current savings plan as it is, as the USD is very strong anyway and will remain strong?
Hello Friends,
I have been following all the posts etc. here with great interest for a quarter of a year now.
After a lot of back and forth, I have decided on a strategy. During this time I have also had to learn a few lessons.
My general goal is long-term wealth accumulation (25 - 30 years) and I currently invest in the following shares, ETFs and cryptos via a savings plan:
$VWCE (-0,01%) 100 €
$BTC (-2,8%) 25€
$DTE (+0,69%) 25€
$NVDA (+0,68%) 25€
$IGLN (+0,51%) 25€
$AMZN (+0,14%) & $MSFT (-0,01%) I currently have small amounts in my portfolio, which I intend to increase if necessary.
Furthermore I have $IESE (+0,21%) & $QDV5 (-0,64%) but I will soon be throwing them out as they have not really performed as I had hoped over the last few months.
As I'm still very new to this, I'm hoping for constructive tips and criticism on what I could possibly improve.
I will be able to increase the savings rate myself towards the end of 2025 when I get a certain salary increase.
I look forward to your answers.
Hello everyone,
I recently started my first job (3 months ago) and have been thinking about a savings/investment strategy. Could you please comment on it (also constructively negative) so that I can learn from your shared experience?
I specifically tried to make the strategy a bit more risky/risky as I think I should do that as a young person to get slightly better returns.
Specifically:
Is there anything else I should add/change?

$QDV5 (-0,64%) Does anyone know what is currently going on there?
Hello dear Getquin community,
I have decided to add niches from India to my portfolio. I have chosen the following three: $QDV5 (-0,64%), $XCS5 (-0,76%) and $FLXI (-0,67%)
I'm leaning more towards the $XCS5 (-0,76%) but don't know exactly what these swaps are all about.
swaps. Can anyone help me or recommend something else? I am investing for the long term.
Thank you very much.
