Today I looked at the $HEIA (+0.43%) and $CARL A (+0.4%) shares.
The setback of the $HEIA (+0.43%) share brought me closer to the brewery groups. After a little research, I had bought 8 shares of the $HEIO (+0.85%) purchased. It should be noted that I opted for the holding company here. I considered the lower P/E ratio and the slightly higher dividend to be more advantageous.
Perhaps someone here has a different opinion on this and would like to share it with regard to the holding company and the actual "core company".
I also look forward to lively discussions about the worthwhile nature of investing in brewery groups.
I would then like to ask another question.
With the $CARL B (+1.45%) and $CARL A (+0.4%) shares, I naturally noticed the voting rights.
How much would this variable affect you as an insignificant small shareholder?
In my opinion, I would take the share that is currently more favorable or has performed better historically.

Yesterday it became known that Russia is taking control of Danone's and Carlsberg's shares in their Russian subsidiaries by presidential decree. This is despite the fact that both companies had announced that they would leave the Russian market because of the Ukraine war. The decree names the Russian state as the temporary administrator of the shares of Danone Russia and Carlsberg's Baltika subsidiary.
Danone said it was reviewing the situation and would take measures to protect its rights as a shareholder in Danone Russia and its business operations. The company had already announced that it would end most of its operations in Russia, retaining only its infant formula business. Danone stresses that Russia's decision will have no impact on Danone's financial targets for 2023. Now that's something to look forward to!
Carlsberg is also affected by the measure. Its Baltika subsidiary is a leading brewer in Russia. Carlsberg had already announced that it would cease its operations in Russia and find a buyer. The presidential decree now probably brings uncertainty into the sales process.
I didn't know that a country could take over shares in foreign companies by decree. Did you know that? How do you think the situation will develop for $BN (+0.62%) and $CARL A (+0.4%) in Russia continue to develop? I checked stock prices earlier and both stocks dropped after the presidential decree. 📉
Since nothing exciting is happening on the stock market at the moment @InvestmentPapa continue his idea.
It all started on Thursday:
I was sitting in the office, watching an episode of $AMZN (-2.35%) Prime watching an episode of the old Top Gear when I got a call from a client;
$$AFX (+0%) (representing the parent company)
They were having serious problems with their machine and absolutely a technician on site,
with a huge email distribution list, of course.
So I persuaded my boss to take over, as I had nothing planned for the weekend anyway, and set off on Friday.
Friday 12.05:
Got into the Passat from $VOW (+0.69%) before throwing the measuring tools from Mitutoyo into the trunk, for which I am the largest invested bank. $8411 (+0.17%) the largest bank invested and then I set off at low speed along the German autobahn, flawless work from $STR (-0.63%) on the A4.
After plenty of coffee and cigarette breaks, as I don't want to be up too early, I arrived at the customer's premises in Jena at around 12 noon.
After a few stupid comments (Huh? Everyone does their own thing at 1am on Fridays), I finally arrived at the machine and started work.
Around 4 p.m. I was called on my work cell phone by the brand $005930 boss wanted to know how things were going, after a short small talk I dropped the bombshell: Zeiss is a **** that doesn't want to work on Saturdays, so I'm being kicked out here today at 5.30pm.
After a bit of back and forth, we agreed that I would come back on Sunday, set everything up in the morning on Monday and then leave for the Bavarian Forest in the evening for the next customer.
Friday evening at home around 9 pm: 13 hours working time
Sunday: After a short weekend with quite a lot of beer, I get back into the Passat and jet off. $VOW (+0.69%) Passat and jet off.
This time the $BP (-0.99%) shareholders had every reason to be happy, 3 hours of driving in 2.10 hours. The evening ends on the hotel balcony, booked over $BKNG (+0.42%) with some cold drinks from the $SHEL (-1%) gas station from $CARL A (+0.4%)
working hours 3 hours
Monday
Work should start at 7.30 am.
After the action on Friday, I was easily snowed in at 8.30am.
I did my work while still talking to my
$6586 (+2.45%) I drilled a few unnecessary holes with my cordless screwdriver, which I also had to close up again (don't annoy a field worker if you have to pay for his hours).
Work finished at 18.30.
Off to the car and on to the Bavarian Forest, arriving at around 10.30 p.m.
Total working time Monday according to the time sheet $SAP (-0.93%)
14 hours.
Tuesday
This morning in the rain, highly motivated and nobody notices my flag, shampoo from $ULVR (-0.71%) and toothpaste from $PG (+1.17%) thank you.
Work started at 7 am,
Customer was extremely friendly, free coffee, so did a bit more than required and finished the project at 8pm the same day.
$RHM (+0.62%) gets the lenses he ordered and everyone is happy (except the Russian tanks in the Ukraine)
12 hours working time chews $SAP (-0.93%)
This concludes my 3 days #börsengehandelteralltag with a Benedictine Hell
What you make of it is up to you.
This is how I was able to record my working time with getquin🌚
Hi, somewhere in the feed there was a story...
It was about which listed companies you come into contact with in everyday life.
Somehow that appealed to me, and I thought to myself, that would be something where I could actively participate....
So....
After the morning bath visit with among other things products of $UN or $PG (+1.17%) are used, comes directly already a hot drink from $NESTS.
Then I pack my service laptop of $HPQ (-2.36%) with $INTC (-4.8%) inside, as well as my tablet and cell phone $SMSD (-3.85%) and $AAPL (-0.42%) in the bag and make me on the way.
Then I realize schei.... what forgotten, and run back to the bathroom again and mount my wristwatch from $UHRN (+0.08%) and the glasses from $FIE (+0.06%)
The way to work I do relatively comfortably in a $F (+2.35%), the ride is secured by $ALV (-0.79%).
On the way I get me depending on my mood still a croissant from $ARZTY. On the about 50km long distance on the highway I meet of course all other manufacturers $BMW (+0.46%)
$VOW3 (+0.93%)
$DTG (-0.23%)
$MBG (+0.33%)
$N/A and in Switzerland drive relatively many $TSLA (+1.52%) and of course many more...
Shortly before I then in my Bude $CARL A (+0.4%) arrive, I still drive at the headquarters of $ROG (-0.78%) and $NOVN (-0.16%) headquarters...
When I arrive at the desk, I see the keyboard of $LOGN (-6.19%) ...
How should it be different na of course we work with $SAP (-0.93%).
So that I do not freeze runs in the Bude ne heating from $MTG (-0.48%)
After I have worked hard, my hands need a break and a bit of care $BEI (-0.65%).
I look then with pleasure also times in my depot which does itself at the stock market so $CBK (-2.34%).
Every now and then I have to do some research. $GOOG (-3.34%). Our IT runs of course not without $CSCO. (-2.24%)
During the break I like to have a drink with colleagues $PEP (+0.29%) with colleagues, or we serve ourselves on the 2nd floor $SCHP (+1.62%) at the inhouse vending machine of $SBUX (+0.58%).
After the coffee a visit to the toilet may not be missing, surely pipes of $GEBN (-0.06%) installed.
Professionally I call a lot, our provider $SCMN (+0.76%)
Not directly in my job, but in the gaff drive insanely many devices from $JUN3 (-0.82%) and $KGX (-2.77%) which I can observe from the break room.
In my department we also have many products from $MMM (+1.48%) in use.
In the afternoons, I test products and their flow properties from $DGE as part of my job. In the past, I also tested $BUD products, but we stopped working together.
On the way home I fill up with gas at $SHEL (-1%) and because life is so good, I get a little cash at $CSGN
Oh yes I forgot to mention my shoes from $ADS (+1.99%) on which I am comfortable all day on the road ...
Well, and when I'm back home, my wife has me a little luck something delicious from $GIS (+1.15%) maybe even with a sauce from $KHC (+0.29%) cooked...
With a little less luck she shows me the latest purchases made by you at$AMZN (-2.35%) :-)
Then I go to the basement and start the washing machine from $VZUG with products from $HEN (-0.11%)
To the end of the day I treat myself then if necessary still a cool $KO (+1.67%) ....
So far a little insight...
I hope you could follow me :-) Surely still forgotten many companies with which I am in daily contact...
Thanks for the comment with the $ have that still adjusted and the one or other company which I still thought of added...
Greetings Jo
