Sooooo… here you go—this is what the portfolio looks like right now. Core is the $GERD (+0,91%) Plus $AINF (+0,73%) and $RBOT (+0,85%) and $IH2O (+1,11%) .
$4GLD (+2,32%) And $XEON (+0%) are there to offset inflation and protect capital. $O (+0,1%) , $MAIN (+0,34%) and $LAND (+1,34%) are the dividend-paying stocks that, as mentioned, cover vacations and the like.
The rest relates to banks, gas stations, AI storage, computing power, security, automation, rare earths, and healthcare.
We’re currently very confident, but we’re down just under 1.3% compared to the MSCI (excluding dividends); however, we believe things will turn around.
Tonight, we’re paying close attention to inflation data as well as quarterly earnings reports from $GOOGL (+0,28%) as well as $MSFT (+2,53%) .
I’m really looking forward to your comments, but I’m already used to quite a bit here after the last few days, so it’s all good.
Have a great Wednesday, and best regards ✌🏻.

How about you guys—are you still actively buying, or are you waiting for even better opportunities or specific stocks that reach a buyable price point?
An Introduction
Hi All,
I have been quietly enjoying everyone’s posts on this platform for the past year. It never occurred to me that I could add some wisdom to the platform myself. I intend to do more of the latter from now on by commenting and writing some posts myself.
But first an introduction. I am a pot of greed (as my friends describe me), I am 22 years old and currently study Clinical Psychology at an University. I started investing in 2022 after it seemed like a fun idea to buy shares of the company I work part-time for (Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize). A couple years later I have greedily accumulated a small portfolio which has become a source of pride and achievement for me.
I intend to keep growing my portfolio for at least a couple decades (that would give you insights into my horizon). My savings rate is currently a meagre 150 euro per month given that I am busy with my studies, nevertheless we keep investing.
My goals for the next months are as follows:
1️⃣ Grow my $VWRL (+0,58%) position to 50 shares
2️⃣ Grow my $O (+0,1%) position to 100 shares
3️⃣ Grow my $AD (+4,86%) position to 200 shares
4️⃣grow my $VICI (+0,92%) position to 50 shares
I’d appreciate it if you would all bless me with some insights with regard to my portfolio.
Important to note: I have a work - portfolio with approximately 100 shares of $VWRL (+0,58%) that I haven’t linked to my Getquin yet.
Thank you for reading,
A pot of Greed
September 2026 in Review
Hi,
September marks the end of the third quarter. I always feel like a lot happens in the fourth quarter. Winter starts, winter tires need to be put on, Christmas preparations, New Year’s Eve preparations, the last few days of vacation are coming up, and in December I’m somehow constantly attending birthday parties anyway. So for me, the fourth quarter just flies by.
But let’s take a look at the performance first.
📈 Performance:
S&P 500: +2.90%
MSCI World: +1.89%
DAX: -4.03%
Dividend portfolio: -2.23%
My top and bottom performers in September were (Top/Flop 3):
🟢 ($TXN (+0,04%) ) Texas Instruments +10.17%
🟢 ($PETR4 (+0,35%) ) Petroleo Brasileiro +8.83%
🟢 ($8001 (-0,17%) ) Itochu +8.66%
🔴 ($O (+0,1%) ) Realty Income -8.86%
🔴 ($HD (+1,72%) ) Home Depot -10.37%
🔴 ($MC (+2%) ) LVMH -13.96%
Dividends:
September 2026: €247.58
September 2025: €223.22
Change: +10.91%
Sales:
🟥 None
Purchases:
🟩 ($MCD (+0,58%) ) McDonald’s (€428)
🟩 ($DTE (+2%) ) Deutsche Telekom (€371)
🟩 ($HD (+1,72%) ) Home Depot (€261)
Savings plans:
($CTAS (+0,14%) ) Cintas (€50)
($MSFT (+2,53%) ) Microsoft (€25)
What else has been going on?
The heating bill is finally paid; the company deducted the repair costs, so the bill for the solar panel system is now a thing of the past. In September, I also took two weeks off, including a four-day mini-vacation in Croatia. That was really needed, since my last extended vacation was already a year ago. The four days in Croatia were also very refreshing, and it was nice to be back there after about 25 years.
Other than that, not much has happened.
Things won’t get exciting again until October, when the next big vet bill is due. Before my vacation, my boss told me I’d be getting a performance-based bonus. I didn’t even know such a thing existed, but I was really happy about it. I guess that money will end up going toward the vet bill, though.
🥅 Goals for 2026:
I’m trying to reach €85,000 in my dividend portfolio this year. Currently, I’m at around €82,391. I expect to receive about €464 in net dividends this year (according to getquin). So I’m still about €2,500 short. That’s definitely going to be a huge challenge. Maybe the last few months will go better for me again—then it should be doable.

The market has been falling for three weeks
And what did I do? Exactly the opposite of what people usually do when everything is falling: I increased my holdings instead of waiting.
I added to three positions I already held:
🟢 Realty Income ($O (+0,1%) ) — 5.8% dividend yield and a 48.7% payout ratio based on AFFO. 674 consecutive monthly dividends without fail.
🟢 Gecina ($GFC (+0,66%) ) — 8.6% yield and trading at a 53% discount to its net asset value.
🟢 VICI Properties ($VICI (+0,92%) ) — 7.9% yield, 10.1x P/FFO, near 52-week lows.
And I’ve opened two new positions:
🟢 McCormick ($MKC (-0,35%) ) — 8.2x P/E ratio and 3.8% yield. Dividends have increased for 40 consecutive years.
🟢 NatWest ($NWG (+3,86%) ) — 8.8x P/E ratio, 14.8% ROE, and 5.1% yield.
All five are rated “OPTIMAL” by my system. That does NOT mean they’re perfect, so I’ll also tell you what concerns me about each one:
⚠️ VICI relies on Caesars and MGM for nearly 70% of its revenue.
⚠️ Gecina has negative free cash flow due to mandatory renovations of its buildings in France.
⚠️ Realty Income is highly sensitive to interest rates.
⚠️ McCormick is dealing with strikes and an active boycott against some of its brands.
⚠️ NatWest cut its dividend in 2021 and 2023: once due to regulatory requirements and once due to a one-time event that didn’t recur.
Top up :)
