$IRM (-0,6%) I sold it at a 250% profit. This was due to the company’s financial position. The company has negative equity, which means its debt-to-total-assets ratio has risen to over 100%. Although the company continues to generate strong earnings, interest expenses will rise and impact cash flow. As a result, I no longer consider this company a quality investment. I reinvested the proceeds into $VIE (-1,91%) , $ITW (-0,17%) , $AMGN (-1,06%) , $FAST (+0,66%) and $HTGC (-3%) , with $HTGC (-3%) received the smallest share. Through this reallocation, I have expanded smaller positions—which are still in the process of being built up—toward my target portfolio. In addition, I have reinvested in what I consider to be high-growth, high-quality companies, which is in line with my strategy. Overall, this transaction also allowed me to maintain the level of dividends that I lost through the sale.

33And another winner from yesterday!
With $IRM (-0,6%) I had hoped for a positive reaction around the figures. This worked out and I was able to take a nice profit yesterday. If I wanted to invest for the long term, I also find this company interesting because of its transformation.
Iron Mountain reports record results: Q4 2025 sales +17%
Iron Mountain $IRM (-0,6%) generated fourth quarter 2025 revenue of USD 1.843bn (+17% YoY; organic +14%), adjusted EBITDA of USD 705m (+17%) and adjusted EPS of USD 0.61 (+22%). Full-year revenue for 2025 rose to USD 6.902 billion (+12%), driven by strong growth in the segments: Growth Businesses grew over 30% and account for 28% of revenue, the data center business increased by 30%. For 2026, the company expects revenue between USD 7.625-7.775 bn (around +12%) and further double-digit growth in EBITDA and AFFO; management plans to continue to increase the dividend in line with AFFO growth.

I think that sounds great.
Something positive, especially in the field of technology.
Widows and orphans value?
Yesterday I also bought a derivative on a rather unknown boring stock. $IRM (-0,6%) has moved into my focus. The trade is a bit more medium-term and with a leverage of 5.5 also rather moderate. I think that due to the upcoming developments that the storage rooms for the archives are also to be used as a data center, there may be a higher profit dynamic, in which I would certainly grant the share 25-30% potential over a 6-month period. And since this has worked well recently with the derivatives on the less spectacular stocks, this may be a good fit.
However, the shares of $IRM (-0,6%) is perhaps also something for the conservative investors among you who like to combine growth and dividends.
Watchlist for turbulent times
In uncertain times, it is important to keep a watchlist so that you can pick up stable shares at bargain prices. I hope we go down a few more levels, another -20% would be nice, even if the short to medium-term price losses hurt.

Have a nice rest of Sunday .
IRM is similar to ETF, important for loss equalization.
$IRM (-0,6%) Attention!
When selling at a profit with loss compensation, the profit ends up
NOT in the share loss pot, but in the general loss pot.
Reason: Classification similar to ETF.
Thank you #Consors for NOTHING!
You should be able to see something like this beforehand.
$IRM (-0,6%) Who sells a 3.7 excavator in the depot?
Every percent plus is an increase of 3.7% of the initial value.
A doubling is almost all that is needed for 10 times.
And now? This calculation should not be a reason for anything.
Sale of $IRM (-0,6%)
and increase of $NESN (+0,37%)
As I mentioned yesterday, I have decided to sell my position in Iron Mountain.
The share has shown strong price growth recently, with one all-time high chasing the next. Even if this sounds tempting, the pace of the rise was too high for me personally, which is why I realized 100% of my profits.
I took advantage of the current lower share price to increase my holdings. For me, Nestlé offers more stability and security, especially in more turbulent times.
At the end of the day, as always, good or bad, who knows😁
