33Xpeng News 🍾
A few months ago, I also pointed out in a comment that Xpeng $9868 (-2,57%) and $XPEV (-2,82%) could offer its technology to other foreign automakers beyond Volkswagen. Now the time has come, and Xpeng has already contacted potential partners. No names have been mentioned yet. But it seems that the path to profitability is now open. Licensing fees and the like will certainly help.
The offering is said to include electrical and electronic architectures, cockpit systems, Turing AI chips, driver-assistance software, robotaxi solutions, as well as robotics and other technologies for physical AI.
In the second quarter, revenue from services and other activities nearly doubled, while the segment margin rose from 53.6% a year ago to 75.1%; Xpeng has formed its own marketing team to pursue further technology partnerships.

$XPEV (-2,82%) Do you see potential?????
You can also see it in the price. A safe bet, so to speak.
Please note: this comment is ironic.

Portfolio Update: Jan 24, 2026 📈
Cleaning the noise to focus on leaders. 🚿
SELL: • $QBTS (Full) - Cutting pure speculation. ✂️ • $ASML (Partial) - Locking gains at the top. 💰 •
BUY: • $ADBE (+5,71%) - Massive discount on a monopoly. 💎 • $XPEV (-2,82%) - Building real conviction. 🔋 • $FOUR - Top Fintech play. 💳 $TTD (+3,75%)
Despite remaining a monopoly, ASML valuations are stretched and typically cyclical. I know there are too many positions, but I'll lower it to a total of 17 next week.
The way back
The better one has $TSLA (-3,55%) seems to have found it. $XPEV (-2,82%) is on the way up.
The shares of Xpeng Inc (NYSE:XPEV) rose 7.6% on Friday after the Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer announced its official market entry in Qatar and further expansion in the Middle East and Africa.
At a recent brand launch event held in Doha, Qatar, the company unveiled its G9 and G6 SUV models and announced plans to introduce the P7+ sedan to the local market. Xpeng also presented products from its subsidiary Aridge, which specializes in flying cars, at the event.
Beyond Qatar, Xpeng has set up a regional spare parts warehouse in Dubai, established partnerships in Mauritius and opened new showrooms in Abu Dhabi and Cairo. These steps are part of the company's strategy to deepen its presence in the Middle East and Africa, laying a foundation for future expansion in the Gulf region.
The Qatar launch is the latest step in Xpeng's aggressive international expansion strategy as the Chinese e-car maker looks to diversify beyond its home market. The company is positioning itself in the premium markets of the Middle East, where luxury vehicles and new technologies often meet an open-minded clientele.
Preparing for the 2026 launch!
As you can't start early enough, I started yesterday to add the first stocks for 2026 to my portfolio.
The first object of my desire was therefore a few shares of $XPEV (-2,82%) into the portfolio. For me, the better ones from the current level $TSLA (-3,55%) .
But only time will tell whether this is the right decision.
