Crypto stocks rally
₿🚀 Crypto stocks outshined a broader Monday selloff: Bitmine Immersion +11%, Strategy +7%, Coinbase +4.5%, as capital rotated away from chip and AI-infrastructure names.
Bitmine Holdings is becoming one of the biggest Ethereum players in the market.
The company now has around $10.4 billion in total holdings, including $ETH (-0,3%) , cash and other investments.
The most important part for me is that $BMNR (-5,96%) now holds more than 5.62 million ETH. That is around 4.66% of Ethereum’s total supply, meaning the company is already about 93% of the way toward its goal of owning 5% of all ETH.
This is not a small number.
When one company is collecting such a large amount of Ethereum, it means a big part of the supply is being taken out of the market. If demand for ETH remains strong in the future, lower available supply can become a positive factor for the price.
Another important point is that Bitmine did not stop buying during market weakness. Over the past week, the company bought another 76,881 ETH. So while many investors were afraid of the drop, Bitmine continued adding.
The company also has around 4.72 million ETH staked, worth roughly $8.1 billion. In simple words, staking means that Bitmine locks its ETH into the Ethereum network and earns rewards from it. According to the report, this could generate around $226 million to $269 million per year in staking revenue.
So Bitmine is not only holding ETH and waiting for the price to go higher. It is also trying to create income from the Ethereum it already owns.
On top of that, the company raised another $280 million through preferred stock and is also launching MAVAN, an institutional Ethereum staking platform. This shows that Bitmine is not just trying to be an ETH holder, but wants to build infrastructure around Ethereum as well.
The way I see it, Bitmine is becoming an Ethereum treasury company.
If Ethereum does well over the next years, Bitmine could benefit a lot. But of course, the risk is also high. The company is now heavily tied to the price of ETH, so if Ethereum falls, Bitmine will probably be under pressure too.
For me, this is an interesting story for investors who believe in Ethereum long term, but it is definitely not a low-risk investment. It is basically a strong bet on Ethereum, staking income and the ability of Bitmine to keep growing this strategy without taking too much risk.
Crypto last meters
Be patient for a short time now before the next sell-off hopefully occurs. If everything goes according to plan, there will be further entries in February. My current plans are as follows:
The next major cycle could take us into July. There again, crypto can be unloaded for the fall sell-off. On the way up, of course, sell again in tranches. For now, however, I will continue to watch from the sidelines. In the event of a direct rise, I am still holding small positions in Bitcoin, $COIN (-4,96%) and $BMNR (-5,96%) represented. You never know^^
Questions, opinions, additions? Alternative forecasts also welcome.
Fundstrat's leaked internal note flags H1 2026 drawdown - it is inline with our forecast ;-)
$BMNR (-5,96%) , $SBET (-5,26%) , $ETH (-0,3%)
Back in October, we called the top early - and in November mapped out crypto's "Last Dance" scenario: Wall Street pumping $ETH toward 4-5K for a potential exit, ahead of the DAT Sector Reset with a market bottom eyed for summer / fall 2026.
Tom Lee - brilliant investor & Wall Street marketing maestro - is ALL IN publicly, calling ~$3K ETH "grossly undervalued" w/ massive upside, while $BMNR (his baby) stacks to nearly 4M ETH (world's largest treasury, chasing "Alchemy of 5%" supply).
Yet Fundstrat's leaked internal note flags H1 2026 drawdown: ETH $1.8-2K
https://x.com/coinbureau/status/2002304969152897404?s=20
The DAT sector & $BMNR face stiff headwinds - $BMNR must deliver true yield to compete with $SBET and the incoming wave of ETH ETFs in 2026.So what do we say - one final rally to 4K+ before survival mode kicks in?

Outlook 2026 Part II
With a current YTD return of around 21%, we can ultimately be satisfied. In addition, the cash ratio in my portfolio is now just under 43%. As I have already written in the past (partly at the beginning of October), this is due to the weak-looking US markets and also crypto. You can clearly see the bearish divergences in the RSI for many stocks and I am also concerned about the VIX, which has started to make higher highs since the summer, with US indices rising at the same time. I don't really expect much to happen in terms of volatility between now and New Year's Eve. The only surprise could still be waiting for us tomorrow on the Witches' Sabbath. But I don't think there will be any more really good buying prices this year.
What could be interesting at the start of 2026?
I'm currently looking at the crypto sector. My preferred scenario would be for Bitcoin to reach around 70000-74000$ and for Ethereum to reach 2250$. There you could take swing trades over 2-3 months if Bitcoin then hits the 100000$ region again. I would trade this via $COIN (-4,96%) and $BMNR (-5,96%)
In the later course of 2026, everything will continue to be monitored. There are always attractive entry points somewhere when the US indices come down again. However, it will only become interesting when the VIX reaches the 30 level or higher again and the US indices return towards the 200-week line. My desired range here would be S&P 6100-5600, Nasdaq 22700-20400.
My rough strategy explained:
The watchlist is bulging with growth stocks, but also other sectors. However, certain conditions must be met in order to enter/buy into new or existing stocks. When buying and re-buying, I basically pay attention to at least 3 important things:
-Current price either at or below the 200 week line
-Weekly RSI at least 50 or lower
-Daily RSI oversold.
Using the example of my $OXY (-0,31%) yesterday looks like this:
-current price 40$ (200 week line 57$ - check)
-Weekly RSI at least 50 or lower (46.40 - check)
-Daily RSI oversold (45.00 - check)
Why should you impose rules for buying and selling on yourself?
In my opinion, the biggest disruptive factor in investing is people themselves. With clear rules based on data and indicators, I try to eliminate myself as a human factor. It's not me buying the shares, so to speak, but the set of rules.
Conversely, and this is perhaps the even more important point, this set of rules also decides what NOT to buy. This avoids many fomo purchases and also prevents you from "falling in love with shares" or chasing trends, as you hear and see so often.
Another thing I have learned in recent years is to sell shares rigorously, even when they are down, if the investment case no longer exists. Here, too, I have repeatedly read phrases such as "when I'm back in the black, I'll sell" or "it's only a loss when I sell". From a purely rational point of view, this is complete cheese.
Well then. Let's see what happens next year. Many fear high vola, but I myself like such an environment, I have to say. Here's to a vola-rich 2026 😎🚀

Outlook 2026
Today I wanted to give you my outlook for next year. Many in the community are already busy buying shares, and there are always exciting sectors (currently pharmaceuticals and some commodities). As far as the tech sector is concerned, however, I think you should be careful about buying too early. With a look at my watchlist, I have created an overview that shows that 2026 is likely to be a weak year in the tech sector (and also in crypto). Apart from the fact that midterm years tend to be weak anyway. The companies on my watchlist are almost all behaving similarly. In the course of the bull market, new highs have always been reached in purely technical terms, while the RSI levels are already showing weakness. Some of the stocks are already starting to fall below the RSI average. My current desired scenario would be to strike exactly where it matters, and that is the 200 week average. The drawdown for the stocks mentioned, for example, is somewhere between -40% and -70% of the 200-week average. If this scenario materializes, then I think there will be lifetime entries at the 200 week in fundamentally good companies (as well as crypto) next year.
For your own portfolio, this means lower risk and higher cash. Whether you have to short is another story, I don't know much about that 😁
Investors who trade according to "time in the market beats timing the market" should not be interested in this. But for those who regularly work with cash ratios, I think it does.
How do you see the situation next year? Will you even go along with it or do you see it completely differently?
$PLTR (-2,49%)
$TFBANK (-2,94%)
$APP (-1,73%)
$AXON (+3,78%)

$VRT (-7,33%)
$IESC (-6,57%)
$MOD (-9,62%)

Last Dance and The DAT Extinction Event
While the market chases the final bounce, an $8.8B forced selling event is loading.
• Jan 15 MSCI decision is the trigger
• The premium trade is dead
• 50% of these tickers won't survive 2026.
Smart money is already rotating to yield + defense. we mapped the 3-6 month playbook so you don't become exit liquidity. Read the briefing.
BMNR the ETH DAT
$BMNR (-5,96%) - some early signs of life.
we do not like the heavy volume shelf in confuence with YTD VWAP at 45-47
will be hard to push through in this bounce past this. would derisk at that level if long.
🔎 Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) - Investor Summary & Valuation ⭐ Investment thesis
Strategy is no longer a traditional software company, but a highly focused Bitcoin trust vehicle with an operational software substructure. The share offers a leveraged exposure to the Bitcoin price, combined with a still existing - albeit secondary - BI business.
For investors who believe in the long-term value of Bitcoin, Strategy is one of the purest listed BTC plays.
🟢
Buy - If the following applies
You are convinced that Bitcoin will reach significantly higher prices in the long term (100k+, 200k+).
Strategy can then be supported by:
- BTC holdings
- Additional BTC purchases via capital raising
- Leverage through debt capital
- Branding as a leading corporate hodler
benefit disproportionately.
You're not buying the software business here - you're buying the Saylor effect + BTC leverage.
If you believe in Bitcoin adoption, you are buying a "Bitcoin on steroids" with Strategy.
🟡
Hold - If you are already invested
If you are already in, it makes sense to hold the position as long as:
- you accept the high risk
- you see Strategy as a long-term Bitcoin proxy
- you can withstand the volatility
- you understand that capital increases and dilution are part of the model
Hold is suitable for investors who do not want to reduce their BTC exposure, but also do not want to increase it excessively.
🔴
Rethink - If one of these applies
Rethink the entry or existing position if:
- you are uncomfortable with capital dilution, high debt and volatility
- you were expecting a classic software investment
- you don't want a share to be 80-95% dependent on the price of Bitcoin
- you are planning a conservative portfolio share
Strategy is not a defensive stock, not a dividend stock, not a fundamental play - it is a high-conviction bet on Bitcoin with leverage.
📌
Short summary
$MSTR (-5,92%)
$BTC (-0,3%)
$3350 (-5,37%)
$BMNR (-5,96%)
- Buy: For Bitcoin convinced, high-risk-high-reward investors.
- Hold: For already invested BTC bulls.
- Rethink: For those who expect a stable software company or don't want to live with extreme price swings.
