After several lows and takeover recommendations, the share price has not really recovered for over 10 years

After the bank was finally taken over in 2023, trading was low except for some stock exchanges, where trading was

possible anymore.

Sale comes after a long wait and consideration, probably the price is now rising like Hella $HLE (-0,06%) and Hornbach $HBH (+2,13%) after I sold.

Money will either be put into the savings plan or bought in stages for interesting stocks.

Whether combustion or electric, HELLA is up and running.

C3.ai $AI (-0,08%) fell 19% after the AI software company missed estimates for quarterly subscription revenue as companies cut back on spending amid economic uncertainties.

First Majestic $FR (+3,86%) are pleased to announce that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement pursuant to which First Majestic will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Gatos. Gatos is a leading silver producer with a 70% interest in the Los Gatos joint venture, which owns the producing Cerro Los Gatos underground silver mine in Chihuahua, Mexico.

The headlamp specialist Hella $HLE (-0,06%) has received orders for electronics and lighting projects in the USA worth more than two billion euros. The company, which has been part of the French automotive supplier Forvia since the beginning of 2022, announced that series production for the unspecified US car manufacturer will start in Mexico within two to four years. For comparison: Hella is targeting currency and portfolio-adjusted Group sales of between around 8.1 and 8.6 billion euros in 2024.

ThyssenKrupp ($TKA (-2,2%)) - The ThyssenKrupp Group is taking another step towards the IPO of its hydrogen division under the name Nucera. Nucera is expected to triple its sales by 2026. Revenues of up to 600 million euros are planned from the IPO.

SMA Solar ($S92 (-0,43%)) - Solar company SMA Solar significantly lowered its forecasts for the past quarter. Instead of the previously forecast Ebitda of 50-60 million euros, it will probably only be in the range of 20-30 million euros. The background to this lies in ongoing negotiations regarding an existing service contract in the area of operations management and maintenance for photovoltaic power plants (O&M business). OLAPLEX, which was founded in 2014 and bought by private equity firm Advent International in 2019, expects to have an enterprise value of $10.4 billion on the American stock exchange. It will offer 67 million shares for between $14 and $16 per share.

𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 - The Norwegian company, which develops fully automated and robotic warehouse systems, is also planning an IPO next month on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The IPO is expected to have a market value of about $12 billion. The company is largely backed by Japanese tech investor SoftBank, which holds a 40 percent stake in AutoStore. AutoStore's systems are already being used by large companies such as Puma () and Ikea (). Last year, AutoStore reported sales of $182 million. Sales of over 300 million are forecast for the end of 2021 and 500 million the following year.
