@Tigawutz Phew, this industry is a shark tank.
$EXPI is likely the industry leader purely in terms of size, and even they are constantly struggling with profitability. At $REAX, at least the growth is solid given the low starting point, though they’re still on the verge of profitability. The financials are okay overall, but the margins in real estate brokerage are absolutely disastrous.

In terms of business structure, however, they are very similar to $EXPI, so I have my doubts about long-term profitability and stability here—especially since it’s a highly cyclical business. I consider it nearly impossible to prevail against established players across the board in this sector.

It wouldn’t be for me at all.
