@Tigawutz phew, the industry is a shark tank.

In terms of size alone, the industry leader is probably $EXPI and even they are constantly struggling with profitability. At $REAX, at least the growth is good due to the low starting point, on the cusp of profitability. Financials is okay overall, but the margins in real estate brokerage are absolutely catastrophic.

However, the structure of the business is very similar to $EXPI, which is why I doubt the long-term profitability and stability of this very cyclical business. I think it is almost impossible to prevail against established players on a broad scale.

It would be nothing for me.
