I’m exiting my position in $CAH (-0,49 %) due to underperformance, likely caused by the non-renewal of the OptumRx contract, which ended in July 2024, as well as deteriorating future prospects.

These include an expected slowdown and declines in both EPS and revenue for 2025.

I am replacing it with $THC (+0,83 %) to maintain sector balance in my portfolio, as I believe this stock has stronger potential due to its relatively low valuation compared to peers, positive momentum, favorable earnings revisions (14 upgrades versus 2 downgrades), solid future growth prospects, and manageable debt levels.

While it’s not exactly in the same industry—Tenet operates surgery centers, ambulatory facilities, laboratories, and pharmacies—it remains within the broader healthcare sector.

I also see this as a potential "buy-the-dip" opportunity, following a 15% decline this past month after a strong bull run that drove the stock price from $53 to $163 over the course of a year.

I feel that is important to mention that I use Seeking Alpha as my source of information. The analysis than can be found there, the financial information and also the quantitative factors that they give to the stocks, have a significant importance on the decisions I make. In this case, $CAH (-0,49 %) had a Strong Buy quant rate when I bought it and now it is classified as a Hold and has been stuck there for months now, meanwhile $THC (+0,83 %) has mantained a Buy or Strong Buy rating for the last few months.

Woke up to this Trans

😱😊

I’m happy with it!!

What do you think? what should I invest in?

$NEP (-0,91 %)
$CHCT (+0,26 %)
$CWH (+0,9 %)
$CAH (-0,49 %)
$LUV (-1,74 %)

Which of my positions do you think I should make bigger (and why)?

On the following months I'd like to go for:

Airlines: $UAL (-0,75 %) or $IAG (-1,39 %) --> Good momentum, growth ahead, undervalued.

Insurance: $CS (-0,9 %) or $ALV (-0,19 %) --> Good dividend, good momentum, good perspectives, high dividend.

European Banks:
$ISP (-0,97 %) or $CABK (+0,52 %) --> Undervalued Vs American banks, better environment than years ago with lower valuations, higher interest and more security... possibility of gaining stock apretiation while receiving high dividends.

Homebuilding: $LEN (+2,14 %) --> They have a clear problem with lack of homes in the US, good valuation, good growth prospects.

Also tempted to double with my pharma losers $CAH (-0,49 %) and $AMPH (+3,24 %) , bought them when they were with good momentum and they've underperformed since, but I still like the future prospects... High growth, small caps, good drug portfolio... If I still like the numbers and they're cheaper now, should I double my bet here?(I hate going against momentum). $PFE (+1,26 %) also on the list, but I have it on a small saving plan. Shifting momentum but still early to say so I prefer to buy slow...

I'm not planing on adding stocks that are not currently in my portfolio.
