Xtrackers MSCI AC World ESG Screened ETF Forum

Hi guys, I've been thinking about selling my $XMAW (+0%) ETF and invest the money in the $VWRL (-0.08%) to invest. The $XMAW (+0%) was my first investment about 6 years ago and is supposed to reflect the "core" alongside my dividend growth strategy. From the $VWRL (-0.08%) I'm hoping for a slightly better return and lower costs.

In your opinion, does this approach make sense, or should I simply let the MSCI AC World ESG $XMAW (+0%) just continue as before?

I've just been asked the classic question: Which ETF should I save in? I am 29, have put a lot of money into other investments (companies) in recent years and also save in ETFs from my private money. I will (have to) work for another 40 years, children are not on the agenda for the next 3-5 years (maybe after that), so a long-term strategy would certainly make sense.

I'm rather unsure, don't have the time or, to be honest, the energy to spend a long time looking for securities and just want a simple starting point that I can save in regularly.

I currently have $XMAW (+0%) (with 9.72% share) and $VHYL (+0.27%) (with 11.44% share) in the portfolio.

I am currently saving the $VHYL (+0.27%) monthly because I wanted to increase my dividend payout, but am currently considering investing in $XMAW (+0%) for long-term growth.

My question: What are you investing in and why?

A beautiful :-) I have already read a lot of Vanguard hoodies here. Thereby the $VWRL (-0.08%) is especially popular. Where does that come from? Especially because of the dividend payout at the same time as high growth and low TER? How can I imagine this. Does the ETF always pay out only the dividend? Does distributing therefore make sense, since one uses annually thereby the allowance well? This has certainly been answered well before - but unfortunately I can't find anything here. Does the FTSE index play a role compared to MSCI?

$XMAW (+0%) What is the problem with Varta Aktiengesellschaft? That it is going down the tubes like this?

Is there a reason why getquin $XMAW (+0%) is at approx. - 10% YTD, however $IUSQ (-0.04%) and $VGWL (-0.08%) at approx. -20% YTD? Should be very similar after all.

Is that only with me (wrong) so displayed?!

Switched to Vanguard FTSE All World because Xtackers converted the ETF to ESG (to MSCI ACWI ESG Screened). I don't want to have an ESG ETF.
