Vestas pulls S/L after Barclays downgrade
$BARC (+1,09%) downgrades $VWS (+1,21%) to Underweight and lowers the price target to DK 80, which corresponds to around EUR 10.70.
The share falls like a kite without wind and my S/L was triggered at €14. I am happy to take the profit and remain loyal to Vestas in my $XDG7 (+0,69%) which was increased by 20 shares with a small partial amount from the sale.
Further parts will be used to increase existing shares, 10 to be precise $TDIV (-1,01%) 3 shares $NOW (+13,68%) and 2 shares $CRM (+8,61%) .
If I had known this earlier, I could have saved myself the sale of $NRGV (-1,36%) in the morning, but that's the way it is. What's left over goes into the cash reserve before the vacation. That's not wrong either. Then the next milestone will be reached a little later.
ETF portfolio is working out 🫡

What is your best ETF?
Dividend ETF as a redemption substitute
I have to decide on June 30 whether to repay a home loan of around €60k or continue financing at 3.99% for 10 years. I have the money in my call money account.
I had now considered whether I would rather put the money in a boring dividend ETF like the $TDIV (-1,01%) instead of paying it back.
The dividends will more or less cover the interest. I can invest and withdraw the 2% repayment that I have to make separately as a money market ETF.
After 10 years, the dividend ETF should have gained so much in value that I should be able to repay the loan and still have something left over. Or is that too risky?
One of the best ETFs
It is constantly being topped up with $TDIV (-1,01%) I know it is very popular in the DACH region - are there still people who do not have this ETF in their portfolio?
It's part of my "core", if you want to call it that.
