Reached a €90,000 portfolio today!😀

My goal for this year was €85,000, and now, in October, I've reached €90,000! Great milestone—the next one is €100,000💰💸

$HSBK I bought shares in Kazakhstan’s largest bank, which is trading at around 4–5 times earnings and, based on the most recent dividend payout, has a dividend yield of approximately 15%. I think it would be interesting to track this stock in my otherwise “boring” portfolio. I’ve taken a very small position and am willing to increase it to 1–5% of my portfolio. What do you think of this stock? (The information on GetQuin isn’t complete for this stock.)

Other than that, $WHA (+0,17%) I’ve made some purchases.

I sold part of my Realty Income position and used the proceeds to buy Wereldhave.

Realty Income remains a key core holding, but with Wereldhave I’m adding a bit more European real estate and a higher dividend yield.

No major change—just continuing to diversify my portfolio step by step.
