What do you think of an engagement with $RTLL (+0,78 %) . There is a special distribution this year, so the yield is over 15%. This high dividend could also attract buyers and lead to additional share price increases. Or what do the dividend experts say?

18German dividend pearls - says World | AA
Where are the highest dividends expected to be paid in Germany in 2026?
The editors of "Welt | Alles auf Aktien" have looked into the question. Here is an excerpt:
Overall, the total dividend payout in Dax and MDax will probably decline overall in 2026. One of the main reasons for this is the weak earnings performance in the automotive industry, which is an important dividend payer.
The amounts that German companies will pay out in 2026 have only been determined in a few cases.
The highest payout in 2026 can be expected from the RTL Group
$RTLL (+0,78 %) can be expected. According to analysts, shareholders of the media group can expect a credit of 3.19 euros per share next year, which corresponds to a yield of 9.6 percent based on the current share price. This does not yet include the expected five-euro special dividend resulting from the sale of RTL Nederland. Incidentally, RTL was already one of the top dividend payers this year, with an additional 23 percent share price gain.
Shareholders of Evonik Industries $EVK (+4,14 %) can also hope for more than nine percent. The Essen-based company is so stable in its niches that it has been able to maintain its dividend at EUR 1.17 for four years. Overall, they are the market leader in 20 different areas. In 2026, too, there will be 1.17 euros per share, which would be a current yield of 9.1 percent at the current share price.
Another dividend pearl is Freenet $FNTN (-0,5 %). The mobile operator is a favorite of dividend collectors. Experts say it will probably pay 2.10 euros per share in 2026. That would be 7.5 percent. This year, the share price has risen slightly in addition to the generous dividend.
The same cannot be said for the next dividend share: Ströer $SAX (-0,41 %). Not only did the operator of outdoor and online advertising lose a lot in 2025, the share price has not budged for ten years. In this case, the dividend yield of 6.3 percent is little consolation.
The last dividend pearl is BASF $BAS (+0,73 %). The company was once the largest chemical group in the world, but here too - if you look at the share price - there has been no progress and no growth for more than ten years. At least the Ludwigshafen-based company will be able to keep its dividend stable in 2026, according to analysts. That would be 2.25 euros per share, or a good five percent current yield.

I would say a bit emotional
Greetings :)
I'm almost too interested in the whole stock market topic. Over the last few weeks, I've been completely fixated on shares and finance.
Every day I've been following the posts on the platform, looking through all the portfolios and thinking about what to do next.
Sometimes I ignored the saying "time in the market beats timing the market" and unconsciously started gambling.
I thought about investment strategies every day. Sometimes I simply implemented crazy ideas, which I thought were stupid the next day.
My starting position was 4 ETFs. An All World, a Europe, an Asia and the Gerd Kommer ETF as mentioned in the previous post.
In the end, I decided on the $VWRL (-0,17 %) . I sold each ETF to create 2 new positions with the total amount. $SESG (-1,38 %) & $VNA (-0,88 %) to open. The rest of the total amount was placed entirely in the ETF. I had been watching both individual stocks for a while now and had read up on them. I am convinced of both companies so far. Both make up 6% of the portfolio and will be added to later when the time is right.
In addition, I add $SIE (-1,55 %) back into my portfolio via a savings plan. I save this position until it has reached a weighting of 10% in the portfolio.
Once this has been reached, I would like to take the same step with an insurer. However, I have not yet decided whether this will also be a German share like $ALV (-0,51 %) or whether I will opt for a Swiss share like $SREN (-0,87 %) will be chosen.
Besides, I still have stocks on the screen like $NVDA (+0,05 %) | $AMD (-0,37 %) | $GOOGL (-0,35 %) | $BATS (-0,3 %) | $KO (-0,17 %) which I am actually convinced of, but am only observing for the time being.
Stocks like $KTN (+2,77 %) | $RTLL (+0,78 %) | $8001 (-1,24 %) | $SOFI (-0,37 %) | $6861 (-1,05 %) are and will remain quite interesting, but I still have some uncertainties.
$BTC (-1,36 %) will find its way into my portfolio sooner or later. Unfortunately, I don't have the money to open another position. So I'll wait and see
Brief battle plan:
- asset accumulation
- Higher savings plan + focus on one ETF
- Add or expand positions through dividends.
- Enforce 10% share limit
- Keep calm and don't become stingy again
Should work.
PS: the vacation pay thing was completely nonsensical.
Let's forget that, please :).
Dates week 27
As every Sunday, the most important news of the past week, as well as the most important news of the coming week.
Also as a video:
https://youtube.com/shorts/khqecInW6c8?si=IALE-8QVh3DOsQol
Monday:
The Munich-based company Brainlab is probably planning an IPO (initial public offering) in the near future. This would see a med-tech start-up go public. It would be the largest IPO of the year in Germany. The initial listing is planned for July 3. Brainlab develops medical technology software for radiotherapy and surgical procedures and would like to use the money from the IPO to expand.
Tuesday:
The business climate in Germany continues to improve for the 6th time in a row. The ifo index rose to 88.4 points in May. The mood in the manufacturing sector is even more subdued than among service providers.
Consumer sentiment in the US has taken a surprisingly sharp turn for the worse, falling to 93 points from 98.4 last month. Economists had expected an increase to 100 points.

Thursday:
The economic data for the USA turned out worse than expected. Consumers in particular are holding back, which is likely to be a direct consequence of the tariffs.

$NKE (-0,21 %) Nike delivers figures that are well above expectations. Although profits slumped by 86% to 211 million dollars and sales fell by 12%, analysts had feared worse. The share can therefore make significant gains.
Friday:
The inflation rate in Japan's capital Tokyo comes back slightly to 3.1%, but remains above the Bank of Japan's inflation target (2.0%). However, expectations were for an even higher inflation rate.
$RTLL (+0,78 %) RTL plans to acquire Sky Deutschland for just over half a billion. RTL would then have a total of more than 11 million paying subscribers, which would contribute to the Group's strategic goals. The share price reaction is interesting; normally the share price of a company that announces a purchase falls, but here it is different. The decision is well received on the stock market, there is probably a lot of synergy potential.

These are the most important dates for the coming week:

Tuesday: 11:00 Inflation data (EUR)
Friday: 11:00 Producer prices (EUR)
SKY swallowed by RTL
$RTLL (+0,78 %) Welt headlines 70 euro price target - I have strong doubts. 150 million purchase value is a bargain, though. But expanding the streaming service with sky, especially in sports? Competition with Dazn, ProSieben, Netflix and Amazon ....
Invest?
$RTLL (+0,78 %) I invested in this share using the Levermann method. I was very skeptical, but at the moment it has risen very slightly. Will it do well? I am curious.
The merry month of May ....
Almost three-quarters of all DAX and MDAX companies pay out dividends in May.
Dividend calendar with payday and expected yield:
This year's dividend champion is likely to be $RTLL (+0,78 %) - RTL Group. Shareholders can expect a yield of around 8%. However, this is only half as high as three years ago.
Deutsche Telekom is now increasingly seen as a dividend pearl. $DTE (-0,98 %) - Deutsche Telekom is increasingly seen as a dividend pearl. This year's dividend is EUR 0.90, i.e. an increase of 17% on the previous year, with a yield of around 2.7%.
Other reliable payers are $SIE (-1,55 %) - Siemens and $SAP (+0,05 %) - SAP.
One of the most reliable payers of all is $MUV2 (-0,1 %) - Munich Re. There has never been a dividend shortfall since 1960 and the amount paid per share has increased sixteen-fold since the beginning of the millennium.
There are also some attractive dividend payers in Europe, such as $ENI (-0,45 %) - ENI and $ISP (-0,27 %) - Intensa and $BNP (-0,93 %) - BNP.

Porsche SE
$P911 (+0,25 %) reports a drop in profit to 2.5 billion euros after tax in the first nine months, compared with 3.8 billion euros in the previous year, and confirms its annual forecasts for profit and net debt. Despite the challenges in the automotive industry, the holding company is attempting to further diversify its investments and has reduced its net debt to 5.1 billion euros.
Renk
$DE000RENK730 (-4,49 %) increased sales by over 19 percent to 778 million euros in the first nine months, driven by demand in the maintenance business and Vehicle Mobility Solutions. Despite an 8.1 percent increase in adjusted EBIT, the margin falls and net profit drops to EUR 7 million due to higher taxes, while the annual targets are confirmed.
The RTL Group $RTLL (+0,78 %) expects consolidated revenues to increase to EUR 6.3 billion in 2024, which is below previous expectations, and anticipates an EBIT at the lower end of the range of EUR 700 to 800 million. Revenue in the third quarter fell by 5.5% to €1.3 billion, while the Group's streaming services recorded 6.5 million subscribers.
Auto1
$AG1 (-1,24 %) raises its profit forecast for 2024 to between 72 and 84 million euros after the third quarter exceeded expectations with an operating profit of 34.3 million euros. Vehicle sales increased by 26 percent year-on-year to 176,632 units, while turnover grew by 24 percent to 1.6 billion euros.
Heidelberger Druckmaschinen
$HBGRY (+0 %) achieved a profit of 7 million euros in the second quarter, following a loss in the first quarter. Sales fall by just under seven percent to 512 million euros, while adjusted EBITDA falls to 40 million euros; the annual targets are confirmed.
TAG Immobilien
$TEG (-1,38 %) generates a profit of 30 million euros in the first nine months, after a loss of just under 275 million euros in the previous year, and expects a slightly positive operating profit trend for 2024. For the year as a whole, the real estate group expects an operating profit at the upper end of the forecast of EUR 170 to 174 million and further valuation gains in Poland for 2025.
The Deutsche Pfandbriefbank
$PBB (-1,62 %) recorded a net profit of 37 million euros in the third quarter, almost five times as much as in the previous year, thanks to lower loan loss provisions. Despite a six percent decline in income, the bank remains behind the previous year with new business of 2.5 billion euros, but sees itself on course for higher profits by 2027.
Ströer
$SAX (-0,41 %) recorded an increase in revenue of 2.5% to just under EUR 496 million in the third quarter, while the adjusted operating result rose by 6.1% to almost EUR 157 million. Co-CEO Christian Schmalzl expects high single-digit growth in the out-of-home advertising business for the year as a whole.
A note, the $P911 is Porsche AG and not the holding company. Or have I taken a wrong turn somewhere?
