The first half of the year is already over, so here's a quick look at my portfolio:

The overall performance doesn't look too bad for 1HY, with realized gains already accounting for a large part. The delisting of $OHB (+0.76%) and thus the sale of my position is most noticeable. Nice $OHB (+0.76%) profits over time, I would have liked to have kept them. But who knows, at some point they might come back like $Renk, for example

Net dividends are at last year's level. Many dividends were reduced in May (e.g. $SIX2 (+6.41%) without special dividend, $KNIN (+2.66%) adjustment) or, as in the case of OHB or $Baywa, no longer paid due to sales. Some payments were also simply postponed to June. Over the year as a whole, an increase of 9-10% should be possible.

The savings plans I started in 04/2022 are still running. Some positions are full and others have been added over time. My target here is 5000tsd $/€/CHF per individual position, with the exception of ETFs which are still running. The overall performance here is ok, it has been significantly better in the past. The dividends of the equivalent of 2700$ in two years are of course great and ensure additional purchases. Conclusion: in future I will save less in individual stocks, but with higher amounts (currently 150, then more like 300-500 depending on the situation) I want to remain a little more flexible and prefer to buy in good times.

At the moment, CHF 2750 a month is invested in fixed savings plans and CHF 400 goes into an employee share scheme with my employer. It will stay that way and then we'll see where we stand at the end of the year.

So, my $OHB (+0.76%) shares that I put up for sale were booked out at the limit today. It is somehow not foreseeable how long KKR will need for the regulatory stuff. And as the shares will not rise any further and there will be no more dividends, I have sold them. I should have done it straight away, I've already given away some performance elsewhere ... Well, I could have.

This freed up just under €22,000 (500 OHB shares sold at €43.8, making +506% and +€2200 net dividends)

A portion was directly reinvested.

Just listened to episode 651 of the OMR Podcast with Marco Fuchs (head of $OHB (+0.76%) Bremen). It's about space travel in general and why it might not work on the stock market, Elon's SpaceX, the KKR investment and how it started and continues with OHB.

The golden M now also shines in my portfolio ... New addition $MCD (+0.58%) incl. savings plan.

September was a crazy month for my portfolio, a mad up and down. The conclusion was then also beautiful -8500€. But we are here to harvest our fruits later.

Speaking of harvesting, all my $OHB (+0.76%) shares are put up for sale. Hopefully, they will then be booked out quickly as part of the KKR offer. Purchase price 7.20€, sale at 44€ plus almost 4000€ dividend since 2005.

He who wants to reap must also sow. I invested in September 4300$ / 2400CHF / 1000€ .... from nothing comes nothing. I have mainly increased savings plans and as written above, a first position $MCD (+0.58%) bagged. Dividend income is also running, after July and August were rather declining.

A question to all Swiss investors who use YUH. I have the feeling that the "Running Performance" display is somehow not correct. When I add up all my investments (+ / -), it does not match. Can anyone confirm this or enlighten me ? Do I have a knot in my head ? Getting an answer from the service seems impossible. They are rather busy with Insta Stories.

I am considering holding on to a small part of the shares. In my opinion, there are completely different valuations lying dormant here in the long term.

With $OHB (+0.76%) one of my oldest positions in the portfolio will disappear from the price list.

From a financial point of view, this is already very ok with +550% since 2005, the highest price was once just under 50€. Nevertheless, it is a pity not to be able to be there anymore. I am sure that quite different figures will be generated in the next few years 💰💰💰

Now the question inevitably arises, where to put the cash ? Additional purchases at $BYW6 (-0.96%)
$PSAN (+0.47%)
$GSC1 (-1.26%) or also $COK (+0.25%) ? Or simply further $XD5E (+1.39%) expand? First World Problems 😉

The month of May is also almost through and thus also my strongest dividend month 🤑

I have just discovered the dividend of $OHB (+0.76%) in my clearing account, the last one for May. In total I got gross dividend of 4600€ from 14 companies. All companies pay more than last year, a total of +19% compared to the same month last year. Here, of course, the savings plans have a good impact but also the "normal" increases in dividends. Whereby one should $SIX2 (+6.41%) should not be called normal 🙃

In June, payments continue to rise. That's the beauty of dividends, it always continues and is not rocket science - greetings to OHB 🚀🥳

My last stock presentation for January and this one has it all. It covers what I consider to be an insanely fascinating area, namely outer space. You always hear a lot about Musk's Space X, Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin or companies like Boeing and Lockheed Martin. These projects or companies are certainly flagships. But you don't have to look that far to invest in the future market of "space":

OHB is very well positioned fundamentally. They are hardly indebted. Both the medium-term (5Y) and long-term (10Y) sales and EBIT growth is intact. However, the competition is strong and the valuation is not cheap but rather moderate. Asset-intensive companies usually have a somewhat lower P/E/E ratio. Nevertheless, OHB promises good growth, which makes the valuation, compared to the peer group, still somewhat plausible. Nevertheless, I find it exciting to have such an emerging, comparatively small, company in Germany. Demand in this area will certainly increase in the future. I have them on the WL, but am not yet invested.

CI&T - The price of CI&T's initial public offering has been announced. Shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under "CINT" on November 10, 2021. General Electrics ($GCP (-1.58%)) - One of the largest companies in the United States announced it would split into three publicly traded individual companies. These companies will then focus on the "Aviation", "Health Care" and "Energy" industries. Wall Street analysts are in favor of the company's plan. This could enable GE to escape from the astonishingly weak performance of the last two decades.

Tesla ($TL0 (-3.18%)) - Elon Musk's brother, Kimbal Musk (pictured right), sold Tesla shares shortly before his brother's Twitter poll. As previously reported, Elon Musk had a vote on the sale of ten percent of his Tesla shares via Twitter. The majority of his followers were in favor of a sale. As a result, the Tesla share price temporarily plummeted to just under 880 euros. Now Elon Musk could again find himself confronted with the U.S. supervisory authority SEC as a result of his market-moving tweets. In addition, publicly viewable SEC forms show that Kendal Musk, who is also a Tesla supervisory board member, apparently sold off his Tesla shares before the survey. He exercised an option to buy 25,000 Tesla shares at $74.17 apiece and sold them right back for prices between $1,223 and $1,236. Thus, he made a profit of $108.8 million. It remains unclear whether he knew about his brother's upcoming Twitter poll.

ING Group ($INN1 (+1.91%)) - ING's CIO, Annerie Vreugdenhil, announced at the Singapour FinTech Festival that the bank with the orange lion and the ad featuring Dirk Nowitzki is currently working on a DeFi (Decentralised Finance) P2P lending project. It is doing this in cooperation with the Dutch financial regulator AFM. The big bank's ambition to become part of the crypto world became known at the latest through the whitepaper they published in early 2021 about the ways in which banks can learn from what is happening in the crypto space. As a strong collaborative partner, ING cited Aave ($AAVE/EUR (-3.37%)) - a project that offers interest on over-collateralized crypto assets without the need for an intermediary.

Apple ($APC (+0.54%)) - The tech giant's CEO stated in the past day that he personally holds cryptocurrency, specifically Ethereum and Bitcoin. However, according to his statements, the Apple company does not currently plan to invest in cryptocurrencies.
