Hello, everyone,

Yesterday, at Depot 2036 .

With Corcept, there are just too many disruptive factors for me right now. A big thank you also goes to @Dividendenopi for quickly gathering the information.

As for Siemens Energy, the reason was that there will be a strategic realignment in the sector.

I’ll of course keep you updated on my new positions as soon as possible.

Competitor Genmab published positive Phase 3 results for its cancer drug Rina-S.

The study achieved statistically significant improvements in both progression-free survival and overall survival.

This is problematic for Corcept because:

- Corcept also has an approved drug for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, Lifyorli, set to launch in March 2026.

- Lifyorli is considered one of the most important future growth drivers.

- Rina-S represents a potentially strong competitor in the same market.

- Investors now fear lower future market shares and revenues for Lifyorli.

Two Additional Fundamental Risks

FDA Risk Related to Cushing’s Syndrome

In late December 2025, the FDA initially rejected the approval of Relacorilant for Cushing’s syndrome. The stock lost nearly 50% at that time.

Corcept resubmitted the application in June 2026. The next FDA decision is scheduled for December 17, 2026.

This remains a significant binary risk: Approval could significantly improve growth prospects, while another rejection could weigh on them.

Competition from Generics

The established drug Korlym remains a key revenue driver. Due to generic competition and patent disputes, there is a risk that this business’s margins and revenues will come under pressure in the long term.

Corcept must therefore successfully navigate the transition to new drugs.

Hello, everyone,

Every now and then, I send my portfolio in for a checkup.

I wanted to share today’s review with you.

I’m mainly focusing on the core—that is, the larger positions.

Of course, my main concern here is quality and growth are important to me.

The Traderfox Stock Terminal with its scoring system works well for this “TÜV” check. (no advertising)

If the valuation is too high, as a long-term investor I certainly won’t hit the sell button right away.

$CORT (+2,25%) There was news today in the form of a 52-week high.

Corcept Therapeutics Incorporated’s stock reached a new 52-week high of $91.1, marking an important milestone. Year-to-date, the stock has posted a remarkable gain of 33.53%, while the price has risen 159% since the beginning of the year. As a result, the company’s market capitalization rose to $9.68 billion. According to an analysis by InvestingPro, the stock is currently trading above its fair value and is therefore considered overvalued. An InvestingPro tip also indicates that the RSI suggests the stock is overbought. This 52-week high underscores Corcept Therapeutics’ current performance and market position.

In other recent news, Corcept Therapeutics has resubmitted its New Drug Application (NDA) for Relacorilant to treat Cushing’s syndrome to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The resubmission includes additional analyses required by the FDA. The company expects a six-month review period. In its financial results for the first quarter of 2026, Corcept reported total revenue of approximately $165 million, which was below the consensus estimate of $186 million. Following the release of these figures, H.C. Wainwright raised its price target for Corcept stock from $65 to $75 and maintained its “Buy” rating.

In addition, Corcept presented promising data from its Phase 3 ROSELLA trial at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting. The study evaluated Lifyorli (relacorilant) in combination with Nab-paclitaxel for the treatment of platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. The results showed a 35% reduction in the risk of death compared to Nab-paclitaxel alone. Based on the presented analyses of overall survival in the subgroups, H.C. Wainwright reaffirmed its “Buy” rating and a price target of $95. Corcept’s ongoing efforts in the treatment of Cushing’s syndrome and ovarian cancer underscore the company’s significant progress.

I still owe you my top & flops.

In 1st place by a wide margin $DGX (+10,65%) with + 84% in only 8 days! After that I sold it again. It was also part of my Wiki Challenge.

$BB (+5,53%) with + 56% also from the challenge depot follows in 2nd place

$CORT (+2,25%) with + 48% followed by the 3rd value from the challenge portfolio

$ENPH (+0,43%) with + 45%.

After that comes

$IREN (+17,11%) with + 41%

And what I generally find quite surprising is that $JEDI (+7,17%) has made it into the top list as an ETF with + 39%. If there hadn't been a serious setback on Friday, it would even have been in the top 3.

Yes, there were also losers, although the word doesn't really fit.

$FTC (-8,6%) with - 6.5%

$NRXS with - 5.9%

$KYTX with - 2.5%

These are normal fluctuations for these values.

The top 3 have accumulated in the portfolio:

$PPTA (+17,01%) with + 130%

$CORT (+2,25%) with + 110%

$2GB (+0,9%) with + 81%

Flop 3:

$KVHI with - 13 %

$KYTX with - 7,25%

$FTC (-8,6%) with - 6.5%

This shows that the most important thing in such a high risk strategy is to limit losses. Shares that do not perform are eliminated at - 20% at the latest.

I have also reduced the number of positions from over 80 to around 50.

The performance in May according to TTWROR was + 20.5%.

On a YTD basis, I am also at 20.7% due to the disastrous March.

The internal rate of return, because that was also important here recently, is at 55% YTD.

By way of comparison, the TTWROR for the whole of last year was

TTWROR was 91.6%

and the interest rate

was 82.6%.

Of course, it will be difficult to repeat that. But there's no such thing as impossible!

Have a nice weekend!🌞

Hello everyone, a little update for all those who are invested. I remain invested. (@Dividendenopi )

Corcept: ROSELLA data in May 2026

04.05.2026 - 09:27:41 | boerse-global.de

Corcept Therapeutics is driving forward its transformation from endocrinology to oncology specialist. Focus on clinical data and return to profitability.

Corcept Therapeutics is facing a turning point. The company is transforming itself from an endocrinology specialist into a broadly positioned oncology player. The success of this transformation will determine the future valuation on the stock market.

Commercial test run in oncology

At the center of the strategy is the rollout of Relacorilant for the treatment of ovarian cancer. Until now, the business has been based almost exclusively on therapies for Cushing's syndrome. With the second major drug, Corcept must now prove that the existing sales structure is scalable.

The expansion of the marketing and sales organization has recently weighed on the balance sheet. Higher operating costs put pressure on short-term results. Nevertheless, the management has signaled an imminent turnaround. A return to profit is expected as early as the second quarter.

Clinical data as price driver

An important date is coming up at the end of May 2026. Data from the ROSELLA trial will be presented at an oncology congress. These phase 3 results provide details on the survival benefit of a combination therapy for ovarian cancer. Positive data could significantly increase acceptance among specialists and consolidate the market position.

At the same time, the company is pressing ahead with further oncology projects. The results of the BELLA study, which is investigating a triple combination therapy, are expected by the end of the year. In the medium term, clinical evaluations for the treatment of cervical and pancreatic cancer are also planned. These could massively expand the target group for the hopeful Relacorilant.

Diversification beyond cancer

The strategy extends beyond oncology. In the second half of 2026, a phase 3 trial for the treatment of the nerve disease ALS is due to start. Earlier phase 2 data already indicated a reduction in the risk of death.

Meanwhile, another field is approaching: data from the MONARCH study on the metabolic disease MASH is due at the end of 2026. This diversification is intended to reduce dependence on the original core business. The focus is now on operational implementation. The ability to overcome bureaucratic hurdles in reimbursement and efficiently manage the transition to specialty pharmacies will have a significant impact on the business figures in the coming quarters.

I have in my trading WL, I'm thinking about making a trade on a rebound, what does the @Multibagger about this?

- The stock of Corcept Therapeutics $CORT (+2,25%) plummeted 25% after the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled that the company's patents were not infringed. Teva Pharm does not infringe the company's patents.

In its decision, the court found "no infringement" of Corcept's US patents covering methods for safely administering Korlym together with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors. This ruling represents a significant legal setback for the pharmaceutical company.

Korlym is one of Corcept's key products and patent protection was critical to maintaining market exclusivity. The court's decision potentially paves the way for Teva Pharm to manufacture generic versions of the drug, which could hurt Corcept's sales.

The ruling comes from the Federal Circuit, which specializes in patent cases and serves as the primary appellate court for such litigation in the United States. Its decisions carry considerable weight in determining intellectual property rights in the pharmaceutical industry.

Investors reacted strongly to the news, sending Corcept's stock plummeting to price in the potential competitive and financial impact of the ruling.
