Hello everyone!
I usually write my post in the morning, but today it’s coming in the evening (let's see how active things are!). YET.ANOTHER.WEEK. Time flies guys. Honestly, there’s something therapeutic about these weekly reports — feels like I’m keeping a journal. So, let’s get to it!
$BTC (+0,33 %) and other crypto aren't doing too well. We've been below the 10/20 MA on the weekly chart for two weeks now, and the correlation with $SPY (+1,06 %) is weak, which makes me a bit uneasy. I've still made VERY good profits on BTC and plan to hold some of it for 10+ years, but for now, I plan to get rid of all altcoins and keep only BTC, $ETH (-0,27 %) , and maybe a couple more. As I mentioned in the comments, having a lot of coins in my portfolio is more about fun than serious investment. I don’t believe that buying shitcoins is a good long-term strategy — it could even hurt my path to FIRE, but hey, it’s fun, lol.
I bought 700 euros worth of $VTI (+1,11 %) and invested 200 euros into my Revolut AutoInvest.
I submitted a request to withdraw funds from my Revolut AutoInvest account :) I plan to use that money to buy $SCHD .
Overall, it’s been an interesting week. I plan to make more purchases this week and am steadily working towards my first 100k goal.
Have a great week, and see you next time!
Man, I got sick again and was out for a week. I guess I need to slow down with the diet and workouts, lol.
Hello everyone! Wow, what a week gotta tell you! I hope you're all doing well and that last week's market sell-off didn't get you down. I was closely watching $BTC (+0,33 %) last week, but I didn't make any trades because I was sick and my head was in a fog. This week, I'll likely buy more ETFs $FWRG (+1,36 %)
$SCHD
$VUSA (+1 %) and sell off some weak positions in crypto because I don't see any point in holding onto losers like $MATIC (-0,08 %)
$ALGO (+0,6 %)
$LINK (-0,2 %) etc. in my portfolio.
Have a great week, and see you next time!
Hello everyone,
I would also like to introduce myself and my portfolio briefly and succinctly.
I've been a silent reader for a few months now. Now it's time to reveal a bit about myself.
About me:
My name is Maria, I'm 35 years old and I live in Europe. I live for rent. I work in the business world as a manager.
I started investing in 2017 or 18, but stopped again in 2021. I started again towards the end of 2023 and am now here. I was mainly triggered by Finfluencer. There's good and bad. Good: I started investing again. Bad: I bought a lot of things blindly (which are no longer in the portfolio). I am now trying to straighten this out and no longer follow such people.
Monthly savings rate approx. 365 €.
I am fully invested, including Not Groschen because I can afford it and I want to make up for the lost years.
About the portfolio:
The aim is to create a healthy mix of growth, dividend (growth) and a stable, healthy basis. The dividends also serve somewhat as a "motivator", but ultimately my goal is to generate a passive income.
As mentioned above, I have (or had) some stocks in my portfolio that I wasn't happy with, so I recently cleaned them out and reallocated the capital that had been freed up. Roughly speaking, I would generally like to have fewer individual shares in my portfolio and will be weighting them towards ETFs.
The individual stocks in the portfolio:
Please feel free to give me feedback on my portfolio.
Have a nice weekend everyone!
Hello everyone, I've been investing for about 2 months my goal with this portfolio (taxable account) is to focus on 4-6 companies that I believe they have:
Focusing in 4-6 companies would allow me to build a good position and once my portfolio gets to 8-10k I will add couple more stocks. I am also considering adding a ETF for a core position in this portfolio, I also have a ROTH IRA that it mainly consist of $SCHD & $SCHG .
For my 4 stock at the moment I have picked the following
1.- VISA INC -> $V (-1,68 %)
This is amazing company, incredibly strong balance sheet with high return. I know $MA (-0,63 %) could be a problem later on but I honestly don't see $V (-1,68 %) going away anytime soon.
2.- SalesForce -> $CRM (+5,04 %)
The leading crm business in the US, most companies I know use this amazing software.
3.- Boston Scientific -> $BSX (+1,35 %)
Boston Scientific is a Medical Device Company in the past years they have growth at a good rate, currently with their new product in the Electrophysiology world dealing with Afib their holy grail product FaraPulse position themselves at the top. I believe with this technology and the introduction of other products they will grow more.
4.- Ulta Beauty -> $ULTA (-1,04 %)
Makeup, while looking for a company that is more consumer oriented, I came across $ULTA (-1,04 %) when dealing with consumer companies the worry is always that they are cyclical business and if we experience a period where the economy takes a hit people will cut the extra expenses. But let's be honest Girls want to look pretty. Every $TGT (+1,37 %) has a $ULTA (-1,04 %) inside this increases their exposure and with the expansion of ULTA outside of the US I believe they can experience a good growth.
Going forward I am planning to add $AMZN (+1,14 %) if their stock continues to drop. I Don't have a focus on dividends at the moments but I don't mind having a good stock that pays one.
I am looking forward to your feedback, any suggestions thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
