10Current line-up for silver
Hello everyone,
How are you currently managing your silver positions (if you own any)? Today, after the small dip thanks to DT, things went well up again.
I am currently holding the 3x from Widsomtree $3LSI (+15,93 %) , of course very well recently.
I'm currently thinking about how to position myself further. My target range of 95$ is almost reached.
@Epi
@Multibagger and everyone else: what do you think of the idea of selling 60-80% (I currently have a profit of approx. 75%) and shifting this part into a physical silver ETC and a MinerETF?
Best regards
Mig
Seriously: once you have your physical gold and silver in your hands, you will quickly and definitively fall for the golden calf ....😆
Fortunately, we are capitalists here among ourselves...🤟
silver
Bought a week ago and already up approx. 68%. MMn we still see the 100$.
At the moment you read a lot about silver shorts, what is your opinion on silver?
My momentum strategy year 1
Thanks to the inspiration from @Epi and a few months of reflection, I have built up my individual momentum all-world strategy and would like to refine it further for 2026 over the next few weeks.

Cash investment: $XEON (+0,01 %)
Basically, I check my positions at the end of the month (30/31/1) using the SMA or SPYTIPPSCooldown (Discord, thanks @SemiGrowth).
50% SPDR MSCI All Country World UCITS ETF EUR Hdg Acc (currency-hedged) $SPP1 (-0,28 %)

15% iShares Core MSCI Europe UCITS ETF $SMEA (+0,05 %)

10% SPYTIPS-Cool = S&P 500 2x Leveraged $DBPG (-0,94 %)

Sounds like a bit of effort at first, in fact I currently need max. 10 minutes a month for the audit itself.
Bitcoin left here at the beginning of December. I am currently invested in the rest. Due to the fact that silver (as a momentum commodity) convinced me in conjunction with @Multibagger (thank you), I added two shares on 23.10.25 and a further two shares on 22.12.25
WisdomTree Silver 3x Daily Leveraged $3LSI (+15,93 %) were added to my portfolio. The purchase was FOMO, yes of course, emotion, yes too. I'm being completely honest with you here. However, I am more interested in finding a solution for implementing certain assets in my strategy in a certain percentage (up to max. 5%) depending on momentum and risk. (A rotational modification of the 3xGTAA)
For silver $3LSI (+15,93 %) I currently follow the following trading principle:
- Test every Friday: SMA200
- SMA200 rises visibly
- Stop/Limit set
@Epi
@Multibagger
@Tenbagger2024 and of course all others too!
(1.) For silver (3x) I would like your advice on which stop/limit or which trailing stop might be a good fit.
(2.) Gold (2x) currently stands at +62.66% for approx. 40% of my profits. Now the question arises for me: Is a simple monthly check still sufficient in my momentum strategy or should I use an additional stop/limit/trailing stop to limit the downside in addition to rebalancing?
(3.) I can invest the same amount of money in the portfolio again today, i.e. double the investment amount. How would you proceed here? Invest the full amount directly and carry out the rebalancing?
(4.) With the 50% SPDR MSCI All Country World UCITS ETF EUR Hdg Acc (currency-hedged) $SPP1 (-0,28 %) I am currently considering whether the Amundi MSCI World (2x) Leveraged UCITS ETF Acc $LVWC (-0,73 %) might be a (better) fit for this strategy. I am aware of the increase in risk and a tightening of the rules for this position would be necessary. Due to the tendency for the USD to weaken next year as well, I am torn as to which makes more sense.
Adjustments for 2026 that are currently on my plan:
- [ ] Refine exit strategy for leveraged commodities/products
- [ ] First pool for rotation conversion for the 5% position (silver, bitcoin, etc...)
- [ ] S&P500 (2x) - increase SPYTIPPS-Cool in the allocation to 20% (+10%) and reduce the ACWI by 10%. I deliberately wanted to start with a lower level in the SPYTIPPS-Cool in the first year.
- [ ] ACWI position determination of which product(s) to continue investing in.
Finally: The portfolio itself stands at +17.38% from 11.07.25 to 31.12.2025.
Getquin gives me the following additional parameters:
Internal rate of return: 37.05
True time-weighted rate of return: 16.54 %
PS: THANK YOU ALL for your active participation! And a happy new year!
Silver - What potential/risks do you see here?
Dear traders, commodity experts and chart technicians, I would like your opinion on how you are currently dealing with the current silver price and what price losses and price potentials you think are possible here?
How are the traders among you currently positioning themselves in silver? With what prospects and what SL strategies?
Many thanks in advance!
Long on silver 🥈
After the long on gold reached 100% yesterday, I decided today to add another long on silver to the portfolio as part of the hedge...
Due to the low supply of silver, I still see significantly higher prices beyond € 70/80
What are your price targets for silver and gold? ✌️
Long on gold...🌟
If you are not interested in warrants, just keep scrolling.
The warrant has a leverage of 10, if everything goes smoothly the warrant will be held until gold cracks the $4000 mark. I also bought a 10 long on silver a month ago, but the warrant currently only has a leverage of around 6 and is up around 125% -> should be the same for gold... (The leverage on my capital invested in the silver long is still 10, just to clarify😉 )
@Multibagger You asked about my inliners... I haven't used inliners for a long time because the last ones were too small for me 🛼... xD Joking aside: I sold my inliners on ThyssenKrupp and Zalnado with gains of 70% and 120% respectively. I bought an inliner on Commerzbank DE000PJ71ZF1, on MTU DE000PJ715U4 and Siemens DE000VH3ZBV0. The inliners on CoBa and MTU are both clearly in the plus, the one on Siemens clearly in the minus, and the money is actually written off because the spread is so bold that I'm now either letting it run KO or taking the 500/600% with me. In the meantime, I also had some on Deutsche Telekom and Deutsche Börse, but both of these have been taken out via stop loss. I also added a normal long on NVIDIA...

Precious metals surf 🏄♂️ 👑
To complement my equity momentum model, I have now added a position in silver $3LSI (+15,93 %) and gold $3LGO (+4,16 %) to surf along with the trend. The same rule applies here:
As soon as the price falls below the 50EMA, I sell. This time, however, on the 4h chart in order to stay closer to the trend.
With this rule you would have a max. Drawdown of about 6% (=distance price-EMA, unless it goes further down within the 4h), with the 3x leverage that's about 20%, I can live with that for the capital invested. Plus of course product costs, about 4% p.a. due to borrowed capital.
⚠️ Don't blindly copy everything that others post. I think there have been enough examples recently where this has gone wrong 😬
Here you can see the silver 4h chart with 50EMA (green).
The rising pattern of the past few days was broken by the setback earlier. The tightened SL has taken effect. I now expect precious metals to consolidate for a few days.
+8.8% (270€) in 4 days. Not as much as originally hoped for, but still. 👍
Thanks again to all the skeptics! 😉
Gold continues to rise to ATH, silver follows.
The low general interest in the topic on Getquin and the skepticism of the experts @InvestmentPapa have encouraged me to open a first speculative position in silver. (P 30$, SL 26$).
You guys are great! I mean that sincerely. 🤗 So far, all speculations based on the Getquin sentiment have been positive (altcoins are still running at +50%). If it stays that way, I'll stay and continue to annoy you with critical and constructive questions. 😁🚀
