The main focus continued to be $LX (-5,26 %) , where I took advantage of the price drop to add to my position and gradually lower the average cost.

$IIPR (-2,49 %) Pharmacan and some others have had problems with tenant payments recently. Now 6 weeks after the notification, are we in the exchange? What about the April rent? Should we assume if there is no official notification that they have been paid normally or will nothing be paid? What should a shareholder be prepared for?

One piece of good news and another piece of negative news. Six weeks ago, a solution was reached with pharmacann and six weeks later, it's null and void again.
