I see it differently. IIPR is only active in the American market and is a REIT. It falls in percentage terms twice as much as everything else, so I don't understand why?

@Rebellion81 Think about it. The Butze stands for the management of industrial real estate, among other things. If Trump continues like this, there will soon be no industry and therefore no real estate to manage (to exaggerate) :D
