Poste Italiane beats expectations: record revenues and profit over 2 billion in 2024. Dividend rises 35%.

Poste Italiane closes out a 2024
to be framed. The numbers speak for themselves: the revenues
total of the group reached an all-time high of 12.58 billion euros, an increase of 5 percent over last year, and a particularly brilliant result in the fourth quarter, where revenues rose to 3.4 billion (+5.5 percent). Operating income (ebit) reached 2.96 billion (+13%), while thenet income which broke through the 2 billion wall for the first time in history, marked +4.1%. These results prompted the board of directors to revise the upward the dividend for the 2024 fiscal year, which will rise to 1.08 euros per share, an increase of 35 percent over the previous year, bringing forward by two years the target initially set for 2026. With an updated business plan, i targets for 2025 are equally challenging: revenues projected at 12.8 billion, ebit at 3.1 billion and profit
