@PoorDad Why exactly? Payout ratio up to the roof, hardly any dividend growth, share price is also bobbing around.🤔 Doesn't make sense to me.🤷🏼‍♂️

@Get_Rich_or_Die_Tryin Not every weakness is a loss of quality. The company has one of the strongest moats in the consumer space... every company has periods of weakness and this is definitely not a trend that has passed. The engine is still working and growth is pretty solid considering how long Pepsi has been paying dividends. The strong brands are a big advantage.

@PoorDad But there are others in the consumer goods sector with really strong brands.😉

The portfolio is more diversified here (potato chips and snacks and stuff like that) than at $KO, for example, but the brand is simply uncatchable. Similarly with other giants such as $PG etc.. And let's be honest: the actual growth at Pepsi in the recent past has mainly come from the $CELH holding, which has also weakened recently.

If you are interested in the perpetuity aspect and really strong brands, I recommend taking a look at $KO or $PG.

@Get_Rich_or_Die_Tryin right... in the end it's the big fish 🦈 and there are several. PG is of course also included in the portfolio, but that's a different level when you're talking about brands and usability

Are all good for the next few months, but no BUY and Hold. I did this for years, buying at the beginning of the year and then taking a 10% profit until the dividend, or a high dividend if it didn't rise.
The problem was always where to put all the money in July.
Changed strategy.

$O you can get rent every month. >15,000 properties. Limited price potential as long as interest rate hikes are to be expected, but with a 5.x% div you can wait and see. In my view, always a good buying opportunity at a price of around 50. But target size reached in my portfolio
