Once again 212

So 1.5 weeks have now passed. The first gimmicks are over and my Watchlist Pie has returned a total of 4.5% in one week. This has now been sold and I have built up a pie to save for the next 8-10 years. I'm starting with 50€ a week until I've completed the broker's test phase. After that I'll ramp it up to about 1k per month.

There are still a few stocks missing, but the big ones will be scaled down a bit. Among others $IREN (-0,46%) ....

What do you think of the selection?

$NVDA (-3,21%)
$GOOGL (+0,29%)
$MSFT (-3,2%)
$AVGO (+8,79%)
$005930
$AMD (-6,07%)
$TSLA (+2,51%)
$IBM (-0,01%)
$RKLB (+5,69%)
$NU (-2,12%)
$SMCI (-1,08%)
$HIMS (+0,01%)
$ENR (-2,08%)
$HOOD (-2,38%)
$PLTR (-1,71%)
$CSCO (-1,99%)
$MTX (-1,49%)
$TTD (-0,39%)
$QBTS (+1,19%)
$9866 (-2,87%)
$CRWV (+1,6%)

And what of course should not be missing is $SIKA (+1,56%) These are still weighted at 2% 😉 As a craftsman, I really enjoy using the products myself. The technological progress compared to other products such as StoCretec or others is already enormous, but it would go beyond the scope of this article.

I definitely see IBM in a positive light! Most of the others too. As a student, I have a similar choice - but only €25 a week for now ^^
However, I see Tesla as doomed🙈🫡
Nevertheless, I wish everyone (who doesn't push Tesla as the most valuable company in the world) good luck :)

@Shareholder Yes, I love Tesla. I'm not a Tesla hardliner, but the visions are good and in my opinion Tesla has the power and the money to pull it off.

Yes, Tesla has money. But at the moment, almost all of its profits come from the automotive sector. I don't think they'll catch up or regain market leadership. I think they've passed their peak and now things are going downhill. Other sectors are not yet making a profit.... but I'm also betting on VW - so I probably can't make a completely unbiased assessment🙈
immagine del profilo
@Shareholder Let me guess, you work there? 😉 My mother's uncle was head of development in Mexico. When I see what he still gets from VW today. A company pension, a new car every 3 months that he can choose and he's 92 😀
immagine del profilo
No - I don't actually work there - it would have been nice😁
Did your mother's uncle get everything right gemacht🙇‍♂️
Just think Tesla is massively overvalued and VW massively undervalued. Will be the German car company that comes out on top in my opinion. But my father works at IBM in the A.I. division (which is why I have a positive view of IBM ;)) - It's incredibly exciting what he always says about what the company is doing and where it's going. I'm just waiting for a price spike below 200 again so that I can buy up :)

Craftsman? Thought you were a farmer once posted

@Smudeo I was a part-time farmer, if you want to call it that. My grandparents had a farm, but my father had a driving school and didn't continue to run the farm, just as a sideline. At that time, however, he still had a few animals. In the meantime, the arable land has been leased to our relatives and we still farm the grassland and forest areas. However, the grassland is only used for hay production, which is then ideally sold from the field 😉 My main job is as a painter

@Smudeo Every farmer is also a craftsman

@marda304 although Sika products are often used in agriculture, especially in the area of feeding tables etc.

Sold sounds like more information on the subject of tax treatment😏. If you like, please provide more information.
immagine del profilo
@All-in-or-nothing yes, so logically it is seen as a single item for the pies. Tax is not paid. But you get a statement of account with guv offsetting. I have already forwarded this to my tax advisor and he said that would be enough for him

@All-in-or-nothing although I actually think that's a good thing I pay input tax anyway and so I can at least continue to work with the money until the annual adjustment

What are the advantages or differences compared to simple savings plans with Neo Brokers?
Since many users already have difficulties with German neo-brokers (e.g. with customer support or securities account transfers), I wonder how you rate the reliability, trustworthiness and security of a broker from Bulgaria?
immagine del profilo
@Iwamoto What does one have to do with the other? Incidentally, I have never had any problems with securities account transfers and I never actually need customer service. In the last 20 years I've had contact with customer service exactly twice. Once it was a mistake by the bank because of a dividend and once it was my own stupidity.
Yes, there is only deposit protection up to 20k. But I don't care because I don't plan to store large amounts of cash there anyway. So no problem. My shares are in the depositary, so if they go bust I still have access to my shares (logically only to the whole shares as half shares are not in the depositary. Incidentally, this is the case with every broker) ok, that's the risk I take.
I think they are trustworthy mam now has over 4.5 million customers (by comparison, scalable has around 1 million and around 10 million) and is one of the fastest growing fintechs. It should be clear that not everything always works 100% and that there are sometimes mistakes.
Now the advantages of a pie. I can automatically rebalance or the savings plans automatically adjust to my previously set target weighting. Then there is the fact that it is fortunately not yet tax simplified so that I can continue to work with the money for the time being. (I pay around 15-25k capital gains tax. If I let the money continue to run at 7%, that's about 1000€ more profit pa. I can divide my investments into pies which makes the whole thing much clearer.

@Iwamoto T212 is in "Bulgaria" more for tax reasons. They are one of the most popular brokers in the UK, and from my experience, with a great customer service.
(My main broker is IBKR)

immagine del profilo
@fpena Freedom24 also stay in Cyprus for tax reason.
immagine del profilo
@Iwamoto but Freedom24 has some background that I prefer to not "touch" it.
immagine del profilo
@fpena oh why they also have offices at the NASDAQ and quoted on the NYSE
immagine del profilo
@Iwamoto and? What is the relation?
Do you use Freedom24?
immagine del profilo
@fpena no because the people here say that is Dangerous. So 212 is also very dangerous
immagine del profilo
@Iwamoto you do realize that you are pretty much the only one who considers 212 to be dangerous?!
3
immagine del profilo
@Iwamoto well, that your understanding. I didn't say that they are "dangerous". You can use whatever you want
immagine del profilo
@Hotte1909 This is not a personal attack. I understand that you may feel that way and will think about it.

I think a lot of our future dividend machine Alphabet 😎

Unfortunately, the search function is still in the planning stage. How could I find your pie?
immagine del profilo
@MainTyp at 212? Haven't made it public yet
immagine del profilo
Why, for example, did you decide to buy Microsoft shares on US stock exchanges and not in Germany?
immagine del profilo
@MainTyp because the main trading volume is on the home exchange
immagine del profilo
@MainTyp and of course because of the 24h tradability
immagine del profilo
@Hotte1909 Of course the trading volumes are higher. My consideration is that since the fees are also higher, for small amounts (savings plan) I would buy in the appropriate currency without extra fees, I have not yet calculated it exactly. I am currently calculating this in my real test
