80,000 CHF. A number that made me do a double-take.

A while back, that figure seemed pretty far off, but now it’s suddenly right there. Of course, it’s just a snapshot—the markets can quickly put it into perspective again. Still, it shows me that the path I’ve chosen is working.

I continue to invest regularly, let time do its work, and try not to make a big deal out of every up or down day. Dividends are currently being collected at my second brokerage and $CHDVD reinvested.

The 100,000 CHF mark is now noticeably closer, but it’s just the next milestone on a longer journey.

Yes, yes... I can already hear it: far too much crypto and heavily in the red. But the cryptos are still a remnant of my time before the current Yuh portfolio.

But knock yourself out and roast my portfolio - bearing in mind that ETH and SOL will be sold at some point and either rolled over into ETFs, individual stocks or BTC.

I'm also open to criticism and feedback, suggestions for adjustments and advice.

$VWCE (+0,46%)
$CHDVD
$XMME (+1,91%) as well as $ZGLD and $BTC (+0,53%) . I also buy up to CHF 400 in individual stocks on my watchlist, which I want to buy and hold for the next 15 years, if not 30 years, until I retire (or longer).

For the most part, I buy individual companies that I support personally and in the long term, consume myself or simply find suitable (e.g. because they pay regular, good and annually increasing dividends).

And again with the $CHDVD as 🇨🇭 was severely punished by the US-Iran war. Long-term buy.

I (m, 30 years old) recently did another evaluation of my portfolio with the getquin-AI, as I was not exactly satisfied with a value of around 40/100.

About my investments: I buy CHF 100 per month in $VHYG (-0,06%) , $VWCE (+0,46%) , $ZGLD , $CHDVD and approx. 500 in selected individual shares. My investment horizon is 15 years +, if not 30 years until I retire. My aim is to build up assets and generate a certain cash flow.

Now the question arises for me - because the getquin-AI says I should not leave out emerging markets - whether I should invest in the Xtrackers MSCI Emerging Markets UCITS ETF $XMME (+1,91%) as a supplement. Through $VWCE (+0,46%) and $VHYG (-0,06%) I have already invested a certain amount in EM. Should I use the $XMME (+1,91%) buy a larger share or would that be unnecessary?

(I have already invested CHF 100 once this month and the points value went up from 40 to 60/100).

I have recently been thinking about my strategy (monthly +/- CHF 500.- in individual shares) in order to expand it with CHF 100.- each in $CHDVD
$VWCE (+0,46%)
$VHYG (-0,06%) and $ZGLD . At the end of the year, I would then rebalance each time in order to buy more shares in the ETFs with my savings and/or 13th month's salary. I am aware that I have major overlaps with the ETFs and that I am pursuing specific goals. But that is not the core of my question...

What do you think about investing 50% in individual shares, 40% in ETFs and gold, saving 10% and rebalancing at the end of the year?

My strategy for the next 15+ years: buy & hold with dividend power!

I am currently building up a long-term dividend portfolio step by step with the aim of building up a solid additional income for my future over the next 15 years (and beyond). I am pursuing a "buy and hold" strategy and investing around CHF 500 per month in a broad spread of individual shares, which I personally support and also consume myself, and ETFs.

My focus is on dividend stocks with a stable cash flow, but I am not afraid of risk and also consciously include growth stocks in my portfolio.

I will also continue to expand my crypto portfolio, focusing on BTC, ETH and SOL.

My goal: a growing, global cash flow with simultaneous wealth accumulation.

Addendum: It is now 950.-, of which 100.- each in $VHYG (-0,06%)
$VWCE (+0,46%)
$CHDVD and $ZGLD and +/- 400.- will be invested in individual shares on my watchlist.

In addition, 100.- remains in $BTC (+0,53%) 750 in viac invest and ~ 605 in my pillar 3a pension plan.
