🌴 Personal Recap

I actually won some travel credit in the CHECK24 prediction game and a 10-franc gift card from Kickstr. Unfortunately, starting with the quarterfinals, practically all my predictions were wrong.

I still don’t have a new smartphone, and the special payment hasn’t been made yet either.

Berlin, on the other hand, was absolutely amazing—the Finch concert was truly a world of its own.

Right now, I’m thinking about placing a bet on the price of coffee. I’m also very happy that my $NA9 (+0,06 %) stock is being acquired.

I went to a rum and meat tasting with a very good friend. It was incredibly delicious, and with the heat, the rum really went to my head.

Through an acquaintance I met there, I learned that the owner isn’t averse to investments. That’s why I had the idea to combine a finance get-together with a tasting. Would you book something like that?

To my great delight, I’m getting a refund of about €11,000 from the tax office. I haven’t decided yet what I’ll do with it or how I’ll use the money, though.

Unitplus is going as planned.

🎙️ Podcast Season 3, Episode 1 has launched. Topic: Financial Goals.

₿ Crypto & Alternative Investments

My $BTC (+0,28 %) was approaching my average. That’s why I sold my entire position and then rebuilt it at a lower price.

🌴 Personal Recap

First, I had to take the car in for its inspection again. After that, I spent two weeks at the North Sea and then three days in Hamburg. If my commute weren’t so long, Hamburg would definitely be my adopted home.

I also finally switched my cell phone plan—10 euros a month feels a lot better than 30 euros.

Today, I also received my employer’s mobility allowance for the first time, amounting to 282 Swiss francs per year was approved.

With the start of the World Cup, I’m back to playing prediction games—this time via Check24 and in the Bitcoin community on Kickstr.

🎧 Interest Rates, Podcasts & Real Estate

After the ECB raised interest rates, I parted ways with Vivid. The higher interest rates weren’t passed on to customers, and the premium plan is personally too expensive for me.

Having everything with Trade Republic would be easy, but I’d also like a debit card with cashback and a bit more flexibility. That’s why I’m now testing the ZinsPlus account from Unitplus, which currently invests in the Easy € Overnight (BNP Overnight, LU3025345516) and is currently paying 2.58% + cashback. Downside: fee

🎙️ Podcast is in Season 3, Episode 1 . Topic: Financial Goals.

🏠 I’m still saving diligently for the special payment on my mortgage in 2026.

🔮 July Outlook

Tomorrow I’m heading to Berlin for the Finch concert. I actually wanted to stop by the getquin headquarters too, but I heard it’s usually pretty quiet there on Fridays. 😄

In July, all my insurance premiums and the vehicle tax will be debited. I also have a new smartphone on my shopping list.

On July 18, I’ll finally be heading back to the stadium: FC Basel vs. Juventus.

Between August and October, my stock investments will take a planned summer break.

Hello everyone,

My current portfolio was completely reorganized after the takeover of $COP (+0,26 %) at the end/beginning of the year. I have reinvested almost all of the liquidity freed up as a result in small-mid caps. I also see further potential here in the coming years due to more flexible adaptability (with regard to the USA) and financing costs. At the beginning of the year $SESG (-2,1 %)
$NA9 (+0,06 %)
$TNIE (-1,76 %)
$KTN (-1,42 %)
$ALCRB (-3,11 %)
$DSFIR (+1,81 %) made it into my portfolio. Today, I swapped the pipe burner $P911 (+0,06 %) in $MUM (-0,29 %) . My next idea would be $SIX2 (-0,58 %) I would like to hear what else you have on your watchlist in this segment.

Greetings

Micha
