$STHY (-0.09%) Is a fantastic bond distribution ETF. It's down a little bit but it gives about 7 percent annually and has held up pretty well this turbulent period. I think I'm going to increase it.

5First purchase of the year
Hello everyone, to start the year off right I have decided to give my distribution a boost, $STHY (-0.09%) it does not give any capital growth but its distribution will give a strong hand to the portfolio, next month we go back to Europe, I intend to buy $STLAM (-5.88%) given the recent deal with MERCOSUR, a region where Stellantis sells well. A small bet on European automotive recovery, this year should bode well for the industrial sector in Europe.
What was your first purchase of the year?

Financial Recap 2025 and program for the new year.
Start of route: 13.08.24
- Portfolio value as of 12/31/24: 793.19€
- Portfolio value as of 12/31/25: 6425.98€
Total invested: 6031.25€
Net dividends received:
2024: 5.59€ ≈ 1.24€/month
2025: 33.39€ ≈ 2.78€/month
Expected 2026: 200€ ≈ 16.67€/month
Targets 2026:
With current assets, I would get about 200€ in net dividends but with future increases I expect to get about 520€ net. Regarding capital appreciation, I aim for the symbolic threshold of 20,000€, however, I expect to reach 19,000€.
What do I expect from 2026?
Making predictions is useless, but it is also true that operating without taking into account the current market conditions is not such a wise move, for this year we expect a higher interest rate cut in the US as they started late, the exchange rate has already run a lot in favor of the Euro, I expect the swing for this year will be lower but still slightly in favor of the Euro, which is good if we want to buy in the US market, the problem though is that the market has run so much, one should be cautious, I think I will make an initial entry on the $STHY (-0.09%) given the favorable rate, I'm aiming to get an extra return the moment rates come back in favor of the dollar, in the U.S. market I think I'm going to add one or two stocks from the consumer staples sector, in the past year they've had a sharp slowdown but seeing the numbers more than being at a discount they seem to be back to a fair value, I'll skim and pick a few. Rather I would like to focus on Europe this year, with the solid economy and low interest rates industrial and chemical stocks would look attractive, otherwise what can I say, happy 2026 and good investment to all.
Thanks april 🙏🌱
