The investment company is offering 45 euros per share for the software company, which has around 2,350 employees and specializes in the energy sector, announced PSI Software in Berlin on Monday. The takeover bid corresponds to a stock market value of a good 700 million euros. The Executive Board and Supervisory Board supported the takeover bid. The takeover is expected to be completed in the first half of 2026.

With $OHB (+0,86%) one of my oldest positions in the portfolio will disappear from the price list.

From a financial point of view, this is already very ok with +550% since 2005, the highest price was once just under 50€. Nevertheless, it is a pity not to be able to be there anymore. I am sure that quite different figures will be generated in the next few years 💰💰💰
