Switzerland: Quarterly reports, AGMs and annual financial statements for the coming week:

The start will be $ARYN (+0,99 %) on Monday with the announcement of its sales figures for the first quarter. After a successful turnaround, expectations for the baked goods group are correspondingly high. The Annual General Meetings of Zurich Airport and the energy company will also take place on this day. $BKW (+2,11 %) take place on the same day.

On Tuesday a packed day awaits us: $NOVN (+1,73 %) , $KNIN (-0,06 %) , $TEMN (-1,14 %) and $PMN (+4,42 %) announce their quarterly results. It is expected that $NOVN (+1,73 %) will achieve or even exceed its own annual targets, having already exceeded expectations several times last year. Also $TEMN (-1,14 %) is also in the spotlight, especially after recent allegations by the hedge fund Hindenburg, which the company intends to refute through internal investigations. The company continues to publish $XLS and $HREN its annual figures for 2023. $BCGE (+0,19 %) , $EDHN (+1,74 %) , $FTON (+2,51 %) , $VBSN (+3,51 %) , $MIKN (+1,11 %) , $SIGN (SIG Group) and $VZUG their Annual General Meetings.

On Wednesday give $ROG (+0,84 %) , $KURN (-1,12 %) and $UBXN (+0,96 %) quarterly updates. For $ROG (+0,84 %) it is the last quarter with a significant base effect due to declining coronavirus product sales. Despite the strong Swiss franc, which is causing a headwind of 9%, sales are expected to decline by 3% compared to the first quarter of 2023. Annual General Meetings are also planned at $ARYN (+0,99 %) , $BSLN (+0,23 %) , $CMBN (+0,82 %) , $MEDX , $SFSN (+0,37 %) , $UBSG (+3,01 %) , $VARN (+0,11 %) and $ZWM .

At $NESN (+1,12 %) is showing a slow recovery, while $HOLN (-0,4 %) continues to expect strong results. Turnover and profit figures are also reported by $IFCN (-0,7 %) and the annual results for 2023 are reported by $SANN (-2,08 %) and$EEII will be presented. The Annual General Meetings on this day include $APGN (+1,51 %) , $BCV , $EPIC , $KARN (-0,79 %) and $VETN (+0,07 %) .

The end of the week (Friday) is marked by $SGSN (-0,48 %) with the publication of the sales figures for the first quarter on Friday. $AMS and $BION (-0,18 %) announce their quarterly results. Further Annual General Meetings are held at $ASWN (+1,57 %) , $BALN (+0,37 %) , $ESUN , $GLKBN (+0,42 %) , $METN (+0,68 %) , $VPBN (+2,32 %) and $WKBN (Walliser Kantonalbank). An Extraordinary General Meeting is held at $RLF to discuss a capital reduction, among other things.

📊 The next share presentation and of course again a company from Switzerland.

SFS is as boring as it is unknown. Even I had the company, until recently, not on the radar. It was only by chance that I came across SFS via the "FuW Share Guide Switzerland", because of its "more favorable" valuation.

🔩 What does the SFS Group do anyway? A lot, best to check out their website yourself for details. In a nutshell: SFS is a leader in mechanical fastening systems, precision parts, assemblies and logistics systems. Thanks to its wide range of products and services, the company is very well diversified.

🤷 The stock, due to its unspectacular share price over the past 5 years, probably flies largely under the radar. But why could the company still be/become exciting?

📈 SFS definitely does not enjoy any hype, but the company could still grow steadily and could improve its margins. However, the big acquisition of Hoffmann SE, later in 2022, will be exciting. This will increase SFS Group's sales by a whole €1 billion and they will take over around 3,000 employees. Thanks to the acquisition, SFS will gain many synergies, potential for cross-selling, access to state-of-the-art logistics centers and customers of Hoffmann.

🧐 I have deliberately refrained from providing a return expectation in this share presentation, as SFS will only publish new guidance after the acquisition of Hoffmann has been completed (later in 2022). In a historical comparison and within the peer group, I consider SFS to be fairly valued. Furthermore, the financing of the acquisition is not a problem and the integration of Hoffmann should have an immediate positive impact on earnings.
