New growth and dividend stock wanted for buy and hold for 20 years or more

Please let me know your favorites and ideas. I am currently downsizing my somewhat misguided portfolio and want to rebuild it with growth and dividend stocks. Preferably growth stocks that also pay dividends. My goal is to create a snowball effect that will increase the portfolio by itself through dividends and normal growth.

My current favorites that remain are $CAT (-3,12 %) , $SIE (-4,9 %) , $AVGO (-2,93 %) , $NVDA (-4,01 %) , $ALV (-0,96 %) , $BG (-2,1 %) and the ETF $TDIV (-0,1 %)

@Zerax I actually have them in my portfolio, but I'm not sure whether they should stay there. I also have stocks like Rio tinto or old republic in it but only with a small share and money in it

...in my opinion, $SIE $ALV $GOOGL & $SAP would be suitable. ...because, after all, the dividend should come on time and continuously 😉

@Smudeo That's right! Alphabet's dividend yield is currently still comparatively low. But we must not forget that: Alphabet only started paying a dividend relatively recently. For me, the appeal of the share lies in the combination of long-term performance and a growing dividend. Given the enormous cash flows, I personally assume that the payout will continue to increase step by step in the coming years.

@Smudeo I understand what you mean. But there are no sure things on the stock market in the short term. The question was more about long-term performance with dividends. ...but I am not an investment advisor and therefore do not give investment advice. ...everyone decides for themselves.
