🎙️Juan commentary on the game

"Dycom came into the game with brutal growth power, but Standex completely took them apart in the fundamentals."

• Dycom is faster, more aggressive, more volatile.
• Standex is more efficient, more profitable, more stable.

The turning point: The categories EBIT margin, P/E RATIO, PEG, Debt - Standex dominates here like a team that knows exactly how to win championships.

Dycom shines with ROE and salesbut loses too many "defense categories".

Juan's conclusion:

"Standex plays like a complete quality compounder. Dycom is spectacular, but Standex is superior."

Hello my dears,

After introducing you to Dycom a few weeks ago $DY (+4.25%) a few weeks ago.

https://getqu.in/PQ4eds/ (Company presentation Dycom Industries)

there is now a company presentation of another player in the sector.

Dycom has already aroused a lot of enthusiasm in me, and in another post I showed you a video by Martin Görsch.

Who was also enthusiastic.

Today's company would be MYR Group $MYRG (+4.85%) . I am impressed by the lack of net debt and the slightly better P/E ratio.

But at the end of the day, I still see a lot of potential in both companies. Due to the outdated energy infrastructure and the expansion in AI. But I don't think I need to tell you any more about that.

Please vote constructively and to the best of your knowledge at the end of the presentation. Vote for the company that you like better and in which you invest or would invest.

Thank you for that!

Perhaps Mr. Prompt @Raketentoni also take part in the vote. And write a reason for his decision.

The secret winner of the AI revolution is the MYR Group

The company is a provider of large-scale electrical construction services in the USA and Canada. In addition to its customer base of energy suppliers, it provides the basis for a reliable electrical supply in various commercial and industrial facilities. These include factories, data centers, rail and air transportation networks, healthcare and educational facilities.

MYR Group: "Pure Play" for the US energy boom marks new all-time high!

16.01.26

MYR Group (MYRG) has been one of the top five US specialist electrical contractors for 29 consecutive years. While the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) segment's core business is the construction and maintenance of high-voltage transmission lines, substations and distribution systems, the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment performs complex electrical installations in commercial buildings, industrial facilities and data centers. According to CEO Rick Swartz, utilities are concerned about the feasibility of projects, leading to early contract commitments and major transmission projects currently in the planning phase with construction starting in 2027.

With US data center electricity demand expected to nearly triple from 4.4% in 2023 to up to 12% by 2028 according to the US Department of Energy and data center construction spending expected to continue for another four years after 32% in 2025 according to FMI, there is a healthy order book. The order backlog recently grew by 2.5% to around USD 2.66 billion.

Business is expected to grow again by around 10% in the 2026 financial year. The margin targets for C&I have been raised from 4 to 6% to 5 to 7.5 In 2027, there could also be noticeable improvements in the T&D segment with expected megaprojects. Clear Street analysts currently see a price target of USD 295 (Buy) for the "pure play" for electricity transmission and distribution networks to improve the US power grid. With the breakout to a new all-time high, the share offers a new entry opportunity.

Hello my dears,

With this great analysis and assessment, I would like to remind you once again of my company presentation from 3 weeks ago.

Just like me, people here are very bullish on Dycom.

I am glad that I was here 3 weeks earlier than OnVista.

(No advertising, just happy that my nose is working well)

Hello my dears,

Since AI will continue to be an issue in my opinion. I have picked out a slightly different profiteer for you today. Because I think that semiconductor stocks are certainly already represented enough in your portfolios.

But even if the construction of AI infrastructure should decline at some point. Will Dycom $DY (+4.25%) will remain and continue to grow in the other areas.

That's why I often try to introduce companies to you here. Where the dependencies are not too great.

Before we get to the company, my big request would be.

" Share your thoughts on the company in the comments"

Yesterday I wrote a post about "Stock Picking" made. Under the motto

"Successful together"

but this only works if we analyze and discuss together.

Unfortunately, it is often always the same users who take part. A big thank you goes to them for their great participation. But I would like to see more participation in the pearl search.

But now have fun with the company presentation.

Chartanalyse Dycom Industries: Erneuter Breakoutversuch!

Dear stock market participants,

The share of Dycom Industries (WKN: 877158) is breaking out again after a consolidation. The MACD provides the corresponding buy signal. The RSI is also breaking out of the last downward movement, which brought the share out of the overbought zone and into the neutral zone. The last upward movement was supported by an up-gap (November 19). After a further (delayed) move, there was a consolidation lasting several months, which was quite narrow, but recently widened in the range. On Thursday (January 15), there was another attempt to break out. This appears to have succeeded. On the upside, targets in the USD 425 (100%) and even USD 482 (161.8%) range can be derived from the Fibonacci extensions. With a stop below the GD50 in the best case at 3 : 1.

Preferred scenario: long. SL at approx. 330 USD (GD50).
