Hi, I'd like to hear your opinions on my portfolio.

I also welcome your suggestions for etfs in 2025 with stable growth and that pay dividends. I'm analyzing this ETF to invest in the near future $JEGP (+0.05%)

My focus is to have good assets that pay dividends and over time be able to refresh my investments with those same dividends. This way I can also get a good average price depending on the ups and downs of the market in the long term.

As for cryptos, I'm betting on Solana and Xrp.

In my opinion, these are two assets that could increase in value over the long term.

I have Solana in coinbase, which currently pays 8%, thus also generating recurring payments.

So at the moment I have 80% in shares and reits, and I also want to acquire etfs.

And 20% in cryptos.

Since I have been toying with the idea of $VICI (+2.65%) out of the portfolio and replace it with $UBER (-2.45%) I finally made the trade today. The fact that Bill Ackman has now also built up a larger Uber position has reinforced my analysis.

I think the future for Uber as an aggregator in the transportation and delivery service sector is greener than it is estimated today and I do not believe that self-driving cars (Waymo, Tesla) will permanently weaken Uber's business and platform.

I have also trimmed my $AXP (-2.31%) trimmed my position and invested the capital in Uber.

VICI Properties Inc. $VICI (+2.65%) has announced the establishment of a new $2.5 billion multi-currency unsecured revolving credit facility. This new financing agreement, which matures on February 3, 2029, replaces the Company's previous credit facility in the same amount and has received the substantial support of a syndicate of 15 financial institutions.

The facility, which was reportedly oversubscribed, provides VICI Properties with the option to extend its maturity for additional six-month periods or a single twelve-month period. The interest rate is 85.0 basis points above the SOFR rate or the equivalent index rate for foreign currency loans, depending on the company's current credit ratings and leverage ratios. In addition, the company is obliged to pay a commitment fee of 20.0 basis points on the total commitments.

David Kieske, Executive Vice President and CFO of VICI Properties, expressed his gratitude for the continued support of the banking group and their confidence in the company's business model. He emphasized that the new credit facility strengthens the company's liquidity and financial flexibility, which is crucial for taking advantage of potential investment opportunities. According to InvestingPro data, VICI has a solid current ratio of 15.87, indicating exceptional liquidity with assets far exceeding current liabilities.

The syndicate of financial institutions backing this credit facility includes Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Joint Bookrunners, with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. serving as Administrative Agent. Other key participants included BofA Securities, Inc, Citibank, N.A. and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Syndication Agents, in addition to several others who assumed roles as Documentation Agents and Joint Lead Arrangers.

For growth in the portfolio, 0.5 additional shares of $NFLX (-1.73%) were added to the portfolio yesterday.

I now have 4 shares.

I think Netflix will perform very well in 2025 and I'm clearly betting on a split here. Several analysts see the price targets at around 1000$ 🚀

Lots of positive news recently, good earnings and the business model speaks for itself.

The dividend cash flow was $VICI (+2.65%) expanded to 200 shares with a further 25 shares.

Strong dividend and dividend growth.

For both stocks, I don't see any problem that the further Trump term in office could slow things down here.
