So your Position is Red over this year. So while others gained 10%-20% last year you gained around 3-5% dividends. Bad

@Madhatter5566 also a decline to to the USD vs Euro. Bit yh poor performance for sure. Waiting for the rate cuts.

Stable Reits. If interest rates go down, the Reits should benefit strongly
