Actually, I was supposed to establish a stable investment in Norfolk Southern. After my first investment in $NSC (+1.34%) (550€), however, the share has risen to its last ATH since November last year.

As the only profit taking in my portfolio, I am selling the stock after a 28% gain (as I said, unfortunately the position was smaller than originally planned) to invest these gains in $NKE (+1.16%) Nike and $O (-2.79%) Realty Income.

Cheap is cheap ✌️💸

Even though I buy the stock in the monthly savings plan for 30€ per month, I have shifted my Norfolk southern $NSC (+1.34%) sale into Nike and Realty Income...

My rather small position in Norfolk southern still managed to gain 28%, and that in the space of 6 months! 📈🤗 I think the money is quite well invested in Nike!

Update:

Position size: just under 19 shares at 1550€ equivalent.

I'm happy about their dividends 🤗
