Sell winners, buy losers!

Super strategy. Tested 1000 times by private investors. Nothing can go wrong in the long term. 🚀

@Rendite_Fux There is a regular update to my Turbo GTAA strategy at the turn of the month. An update on my normal GTAA strategy every 2 months. And everyone can also follow my current altcoins and silver trades. 👍

Questions about this?

@Epi I'm happy to follow, thanks for the info! Can the updates be found on getquin?

Do you have a more detailed opinion on my purchase?

@Rendite_Fux You can easily find the updates on my profile.

I can't give a really well-founded opinion on the individual shares. I don't know them well enough for that.
Only the macroeconomic outlook in the USA doesn't look so rosy, especially for commercial real estate and consumption. I would have given commodity logistics a better chance with rising inflation.
But as always, individual companies could also decouple from this. 🤷

@Epi therefore (very small) profits were taken. The rail/rail sector is cyclical and its profits should be invested differently 😅😉

@Rendite_Fux You know your way around better. But aren't Reits also cyclical?

@Epi Yes, but not every cycle is the same. While I think I can build an interesting position in Realty Income, Norfolk Southern has actually risen counter-cyclically. A DHL or other industrial stocks had to give way. My company has also lost 20% in sales since the beginning of the year, although my company is diversified in automotive, electronics, consumer goods, food, bissl pharma and renewable energies or heavily involved in e-cars.

REITs are cyclical in a different way than the typical cyclicals, I would say, because they have a different time factor.

@Epi I have a lot of contact with Bosch, Siemens, Hella, Borgwarner, but also Miele and Reckit Benckiser. I use it as a business indicator 🙂

@Rendite_Fux Doesn't sound good at all with the economy. 😢
