@DonkeyInvestor yes I can imagine, There is not only the gap between city and country but also between the states, I live in Hesse, the highway 45 is 20km away, Frankfurt circa 70 minutes and still cheap. Were with all the trimmings 200,000 euros for 140sqm living space and 800sqm property. Then as an example: Work colleagues who live in Bavaria in the Upper Palatinate pay for about the same far over 500,000 And live almost more rural
