Please advise/comment on my portfolio.
Busy planning my 2024 strategy.
I am 37 years old and started investing a year ago.
No debt, paid off mortgage and then started investing 3-4k per month.
Mainly ETFs and (discounted) shares from the company I am working for (ASML).
My goal is to reach 100k end of 2024 and long term goal is to retire early (around 50years old) with monthly 3k passive income (e.g. dividends).
Current strategy in my head for 2024:

or should I invest more in individual stocks iso ETFs?
