$IREN (+1,51%) is fast becoming a force to be reckoned with in the data center industry. There are only a handful of developers with > 1 GW of secured power - let alone close to 3 GW!

@Tenbagger2024 Yes, at some point it will explode, hardly anyone else has such performance/capacity and they will need it. Apart from all the power contracts they already have in their pockets. Mark my words ✌️Das $BTC Mining is only temporarily their main source of income until a colocation deal is struck and they become one of the biggest players in the AI Dara Center sector with alternative energies. At least that's my investment thesis 😁

@Max095 yes a lot of momentum and attention at the moment, a colocation deal would probably lead to a revaluation. The upside potential is there in any case 👌

@lookingforinformation sorry overlooked, the total cost of $BTC mining and on the left you can see that the average $BTC price is above the total cost and unlike others they can reduce costs and also perform better than the competition due to the ever-increasing performance and capacity.

@Max095 Yes, it's tough, but I'm not primarily buying the $BTC mining here, but also the potential in the data center /Ai Cloud area and the fact that $IREN also has a net asset value/book value of less than 1, which is very exciting. I see a lot of potential here if it works out and they can win a hyperscaler for a colocation deal ✌️
