60 k cracked :)

Hello dear community,

I've cracked 60k and now I need to implement more ideas. I was planning to add a bit more dividend. I still have 20k cash and would like to invest around 15k. My ideas are $MRK (+1,8%)
$HNR1 (+0,22%) and $UPS (+1,19%)

Do you have 1 or 2 more ideas? I would have real estate $PLD (+0,8%) in mind.

Congratulations my dear, looks very good. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with many companies. But you make a solid impression. Good luck 😘 I don't think your new ideas are good, though. A bit of tech is still missing. I think ASML, TSMC and AMAZON are very exciting at the moment.

@Aminmeskini $ASML I also have it on my watchlist for part of the $TNIE position. I'm not taking a single position in M7 because of the high weighting in the ETFs. So that's $AMZN:) But I'll look at TSMC again on Monday, thanks 🙏

Prologis is a solid choice. Very good fundementals and extreme revenue and dividend growth.

@Tenbagger2024 I explained my reasons under the share about 3 months ago. In my opinion, little has changed. I would add the last IR call and the annual results. They were very good and the assessment of the situation was also adequate. What bothers me a little is that it is already May and there is still no forecast. As difficult as the customs situation is, at least 3 scenarios should be presented. I'm looking forward to the Q1 figures, but unfortunately my position is already too high (considering the size of the company) :/

@Tenbagger2024 I had read the post at the time. I didn't share much of it and I think the development of the box speaks for itself. Last year it was toy of the year in Australia and has been profitable since last year.

@Tenbagger2024 Well, so far the return has been marginal. But I believe that the company is basically doing a lot of things right. It is always difficult to have such a high % share in small cap. But the share may pick up again after the Q1 figures. I could imagine that the Americans have made another good purchase.

$MAIN and i also have $PLD in my portfolio. i also find $JEGP and $JEPQ interesting. $UNH would be more speculative at the current share price level, as it pays a 3% dividend. other ideas: $VICI $ALV $DGE
