Fincantieri is one of the world’s leading shipbuilding groups, active in cruise ships, naval vessels, offshore / special ships, conversions and repairs, plus marine systems and components.

Recently, Fincantieri returned to profitability: in 2024 it posted a net profit of about €27 million, after a loss in 2023, with EBITDA of ~€509 million. The stock has also seen strong gains over recent months.
