Forget thematic ETFs and just invest: a FTSE All World or MSCI ACWI IMI is perfectly adequate to start with.
If you want an overweighting towards the US, which I would advise against, you are welcome to take an S&P500.
I would also advise against individual stocks when you are starting out.

@RaphGM Thanks for the answer! Should I save most of my amount on All World then? Since I see more future in tech and AI, I wanted to include it as an extra ETF.

@Attila_ism
I would save a large part or even 100% in a world ETF, at least at the beginning.
All tech/AI stocks are already included in a world ETF, so you will already benefit from that.
But if you still want to overweight this sector, then go for individual stocks rather than a sector ETF that contains winners but also losers.
Since I only invest in ETFs, I would rather let other investors advise you.
