$DUFN (-0,56%) should be Avolta now $AVOL. They also announced a dividend of 0,70 chf for 2023 to be paid out in 2024. After 4 years back to paying a dividend 👍🏻

6Servus together,
does anyone know $AGL or with $DUFN (-0,56%) with?
Autogrill was ultimately acquired by Dufry. Unfortunately, trading in my portfolio (on TR) is now suspended because "since Swiss stock exchange regulation is no longer considered equivalent to that in the European Union as of July 1, 2019, shares of companies listed on the Swiss stock exchange may no longer be traded on EU exchanges." I missed that.
Long story short:
Is an equivalent consideration foreseeable or do I have to transfer - to trade Dufry - the package somewhere else?
Thanks in advance !
Greetings

Hello getquin,
Mercedes delivers fewer cars, Twitter deal canceled, and India overtakes China in population! Here's what's on your MarketNews today.
Europe🌍:
1. Mercedes supplies less cars
Mercedes-Benz sales fell significantly in the second quarter due to a shortage of computer processors and the Corona closure in China. Mercedes-Benz said Monday that the Stuttgart-based automaker delivered 490,000 fewer passenger cars, or 16 percent, from April to June than in the same period last year.
Production and deliveries were slowed by a shortage of parts and transportation problems caused by the Chinese lockdown, which affected the key commercial port in Shanghai, for example. This also affected the highly profitable top models, especially at the AMG sports car division, where electronic chips were missing. China, the most important single market, recorded the biggest drop in sales, down 25% to 163,700 units. In Europe, sales were down 10% to 154,300 cars.
