$AOX Please don't stone me, but I'm missing something here. I could buy the share before the ex-date and sell it again after the dividend has been paid?

Wouldn't I have to get out with a small "profit" or am I on the wrong track? Normally not my strategy but somehow I just got this stupid idea. Could someone please correct me :)

at the moment there is the Brookfield offer for Alstria share holders. They are offering €19.50 per share, which doesn't really make sense for me to sell.

What do you think about it?
