Hype around tech stocks

Hi everyone

I am rather new to the subject of shares. So far I have only invested in ETFs such as the $IWDA (+0,36 %) & $XMME (+1,39 %) ETF. Now I'm wondering whether it's worth investing in tech stocks (with a focus on chip manufacturers) such as $AMD (+2,16 %) , $INTC (-1,39 %) or $NVDA (-0,68 %) to the current values? I am increasingly reading reports that most of these companies are overvalued. What do you think?

I look forward to interesting comments and your opinion.

You're too late for the party. From a risk perspective, I wouldn't go in there again.

If you’re new to invest just keep adding to the world etf, you can’t go wrong with that. What you can do is add an etf to give you edge to tech like $IUIT or $XNAS and that’s it. $IUIT covers those and much more

They are currently doing too well. I would save the Etfs and buy a few satellite stocks that are currently not so highly valued - see consumer goods

It's hard to say, but I also think that the outlook for tech stocks is intact in the long term, but will have to correct at some point. If you have a tech stock that you would like to be in, you can also invest 30-50% of what you actually want to invest. This will give you a foot in the door, but you can also potentially buy more if prices correct.
